Yes, I think Bitcoin could be an alternative to money in the future. There was a time when there were no paper coins or virtual coins. Due to the change of era, people have started using virtual currency. However, people now transact online. Online transactions are very fast. I don't think bitcoin is a good alternative to online transactions. In this case the popularity of bitcoin is high. So people will use bitcoin to transact much more money in less time. So I think bitcoin could be a money option in the future.

there's a lot of challenges for Bitcoin to replace the FIAT system. I don't think BTC is ready for it. with the current economic system it will be hard for BTC to replace the fiat system. well BTC could be consider as payment for some transaction but to replace the whole system it would be very impossible for now.

If bitcoin crosses the red line and violates governments' benefit, they will kill it.
