The stock exchange fee of 0.003 BTC is quite high.
The last time I looked at it on Binance, the withdrawal fee was around 0.0003 BTC, and that already changed things to around the promised 1%. It may be a small amount, but it is a one-time investment and can be realized in 24 hours. At least that's what Jambler claims.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think I've seen any mention of an application process on the Jambler website, so doesn't that mean it's technically the same as "selling" i.e. investing your coins to them and waiting for the background check of the coins to complete?

Adding status page for bitcoin supply and demand on Mixtum website would be a good idea, and it doesn't have to be placed on main page.

It is showing different picture for me now, ''battery'' if full so someone probably invested their bitcoins already
I always thought this battery is just graphical image that doesn't change, but it's nice to see it actually has some function and purpose on the website.

I thought the screenshot sent by dkbit98 meant that demand for BTC from Jambler was strong, so they were looking for investors, and the screenshot sent by examplens meant that they already had the BTC needed for the business.

It confused me earlier too, but look now at the average time of return on investment, it is 24+ (hours). Whereas in my previous screenshot, it was only 2 (hours).
Logically, the return on investment is longer if the investment portfolio is filled.

It helps if you read it as a phone battery, where a low amount would basically be equivalent to your phone saying: "LOW BATTERY: CHARGE NOW!" except this is Jambler and that is their way of saying they are low on liquidity and they need clean bitcoins from sellers now.

I'm sure they have a lot of clients who would be happy to inject huge coins into them though.

I believe they have a lot of clients, but Jambler is one of the few opportunities where there is a quick return on investment + profit. An opportunity, especially for those who have a larger amount in hold.
I am more surprised if Jambler and its partners do not have enough BTC to operate without investors. I assume that it is only because of the large amount of Bitcoin in the pool.

In fact, I think Jambler has its big reserves. But they are trying to give the opportunity to earn money to those who have been with them for many years (at least my guess may actually be true).

It's a pity that we don't have confirmed information, so we can only guess. Certainly, even if Jambler has sufficient reserves, I assume that an additional motive for the involvement of investors is to increase the diversity of the pool, which contributes to the quality of the mixing service.

In this case I think them revealing the reserves (and my apologies if I have said anything different) would put them into more danger, because of chain analysis. They will at least know how many bitcoins Jambler has in possession even if they do not reveal the addresses, just by using their usual heuristics. After all, they already have the entire UTXO set + can filter out the ones from before Jambler's era.
