Same here. I have tried using a checker tool, and it says Jambler is down. https://isitdownorjustme.net/status/jambler-io/
So, it's not only me; Jambler is down for everyone. For the same reason, mixers which use Jambler's API or system to operate their business are not operational at this moment. Thormixer's service is temporarily under maintenance. So, I believe other mixers with Jamblers API are down as well, even though I haven't checked any other services yet.

I just checked Mixtum. Seems like Mixtum is not operational as well. I am in endless cloudflare human verification after clicking on Mix.

I have the same issue here, both clearnet and onion link are not working for me, maybe they are ddos attacked or they or working on updating their service.
Manager could tell us if he has more information but anyone could try contacting them on their support email address [email protected].
I wonder how is this affecting all their partner mixers.

Jambler, as a mixing service provider, also offers its partners a Telegram bot feature, but now with the latest TOS update on Telegram and their possible handover information to authorities (IP addresses and phone numbers), things are changing significantly here.
It will be interesting to see the next reaction from Jambler, but considering that the guaranteed privacy is now significantly reduced, I expect that they will shut down the Telegram bot.

Personally, I think that using telegram ads one more layer of trust, which can reduces your privacy significantly.

You will also have to trust that telegram to handle your data. For someone seeking privacy, this makes little sense to me.

I don't trust telegram app at all, but I think this is probably still most used chat app in the world, for bad and for worse.
It makes sense for any business to use it for something basic, but everyone should know that IP addresses and phone numbers will be stored in TG servers and shared with governments.
That is now even publicly disclosed and confirmed.

Not just IP addresses and phone numbers but their bitcoin addresses will now be correlated to their identity too. Both sending and receiving, which defeats the point of using a mixer in the first place.

The receiving address is revealed because the user specifies it as an input.

The sending address is revealed from the order post which the bots make.

If it exists as an option, surely there are reasons.
For example, some smaller amounts, which do not raise alarms, can certainly pass under the radar and will not cause additional checks. Or if you want clean coins associated with your name, you can use a mixing order from Telegram as proof that your coins are. Tg already has your information. 

I assume that it is possible to be anonymous, a TG account registered with a temporary phone number in combination with a VPN can serve such a purpose.

There are two ways to register as a Jambler partner. Using Telegram or Jabber is all that's needed and most of the process is done automatically (at least from Jambler's side).
I don't have much experience with Jabber, but can it completely replace Tg and how is it in terms of privacy?
