Hi thanks for negative comment. But, stake calculations and preparing distribution lists is not easy job. Our techs are so busy with childchain optimizations, system updatings etc. But, we are preparing distribution lists too. We will send all rewards at the same time to all participants. Trust me Buddy.

MPG has been added to the Binance information website(https://info.binance.com/en/currencies/max-property-group), which is an important step in the process of adding the MPG token to the Binance exchange. The applications to list on the Binance exchange and Launchpad have now been made and we hope to see MPGs being traded on Binance shortly.
In addition to the Binance listing, Max Property Group’s (MPG) information has been added to CoinMarkepCap and Coingecko, so important data about the MPG token can now be found on two of the most established and trusted information sources in the cryptocurrency space. You know we are always making small software improvements and during the last few days we have implemented some important improvements on the Max Crowdfund platform. As these are important we decided to share them with our community through a newsletter.
Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Anyone that had 2FA activated on their account will have noticed that it was still showing @dominium instead of @maxpropertygroup in the 2FA application. This was recently changed. An unforeseen side effect was the deactivation of 2FA on all accounts who already had it activated. As such please login to your account on Max Crowdfund and set your 2FA again. We apologise for any inconvience caused.
Dashboard
Your account's Dashboard has been updated and now shows 5 widgets with the most important information.
Cash Balance
This is currently showing a zero balance for all currencies. By default Euro (EUR) is shown, unless you have British Pounds (GBP) set as default currency. The balances also show the crypto currencies which you have added under your "My Account" section.
We are setting up an escrow account facility through which you will soon be able to deposit fiat currencies and crypto currencies to your account. Once you have a positive balance you will be able to invest directly in the investment products offered on Max Crowdfund.
All funds in the escrow account will of course be audited and published. We will inform you once this facility is live.
Wallet / Pending balance
This widget shows the Ardor wallet associated with your account and current blockchain balance. You can download your wallet information in case you need access to your wallet directly via the Ardor client. The widget also allows you to directly transfer MPG to external accounts. If you have not submitted your Know Your Client (KYC) information and you have not been approved for Clearance Level 1 the balance will show as Pending Balance.
Account settings
This shows whether you have activated 2FA and your current clearance level. From here you can also directly access your profile and account information.
Investments
This widget shows the number of investments you have made and the total amount you have invested. It shows the same information for orders pending approval.
MPG performance
This shows the performance of the MPG token on Stex.com over the last 24 hours. The information is expressed in Euro (EUR) and links to the exchange information page and the MPG order form, through which you can order MPG tokens.
Property
You will have noticed the first properties have appeared on the platform. This still needs a lot of improvement and you will see more changes to this section over the next weeks/months.
We will keep adding all the properties owned by the Max Property Funds first and once this is done we will start adding properties we manage. Once we are 100% happy with the internationalision of the property section, we will start allowing property owners to add their own properties.
Don't forget to follow us via our social media channels to ensure you receive the latest news about Max Property Group, Max Crowdfund and the MPG token first.

Dear Max Property Group Community,
We have reached the end of the first quarter of 2019 and as always we have been working hard to improve the platform and promote the Max Property Group and Max Crowdfund brands wherever we can.
During March, we updated the dashboard and overall look and feel of the "back office" and we trust you like what we have done. More changes are coming soon and we will let you know which ones we have uploaded in our April update newsletter.
Some important additional updates:
1. Almost €700,000 was invested during March into our property funds
2. Two investors invested in our equity round, which is currently still open to interested parties, but may well soon close due to the reasons below:
3. A Letter of Intent (LOI) for a very large investment of $10M was received from a company in Switzerland. Note: This does not mean the investment is confirmed, as Due Diligence is still being performed, but is a major step forward
4. Conversations are being held with various large Indian property developers to invest in the equity round and open up the Indian jurisdiction for Max Crowdfund
5. Separate entities are being incorporated to facilitate the required licences in the Netherlands:
1. (Max Crowdfund B.V. which will be 100% owned by Max Property Group B.V.
2. Escrow Foundation will allow people to transfer money on their account in Max Crowdfund and make investments directly
3. Security Trustee Foundation will register and hold the securities of the fundraisers on behalf of the investors)
6. The MPG token has been added to Sistemkoin, as you can see on CoinMarketCap, as well as the double digit increase over the last 24 hours
7. Max Property Group and the MPG token has been added to Delta Direct. All the latest MPG updates will now be directly available on @get_delta! If you want to receive updates from them do not forget to enable notifications. #DeltaDirect
8. We are waiting for an update from Binance regarding the next phase of the application process (third phase) which is a Q&A about the project, team, tokenomics, use case, etc. They certainly are very thorough in their research, which is great to see.
Finally we were also present at the Bull Day Investor Exhibition in Den Bosch on the 22nd of March, where Esther Dekker presented a Master Class and Gudo Thijssen, Edwin de Pijper and Jan Angel supported.
Many people came to our stand, enquired about the project and are looking to invest in the funds and we will soon start attending more shows. As soon as a show is confirmed we will announce it on our social channels and via our newsletters.

We have reached the end of the first quarter of 2019 and as always we have been working hard to improve the platform and promote the Max Property Group and Max Crowdfund brands wherever we can.
During March, we updated the dashboard and overall look and feel of the "back office" and we trust you like what we have done. More changes are coming soon and we will let you know which ones we have uploaded in our April update newsletter.
Some important additional updates:
1. Almost €700,000 was invested during March into our property funds
2. Two investors invested in our equity round, which is currently still open to interested parties, but may well soon close due to the reasons below:
3. A Letter of Intent (LOI) for a very large investment of $10M was received from a company in Switzerland. Note: This does not mean the investment is confirmed, as Due Diligence is still being performed, but is a major step forward
4. Conversations are being held with various large Indian property developers to invest in the equity round and open up the Indian jurisdiction for Max Crowdfund
5. Separate entities are being incorporated to facilitate the required licences in the Netherlands:
1. (Max Crowdfund B.V. which will be 100% owned by Max Property Group B.V.
2. Escrow Foundation will allow people to transfer money on their account in Max Crowdfund and make investments directly
3. Security Trustee Foundation will register and hold the securities of the fundraisers on behalf of the investors)
6. The MPG token has been added to Sistemkoin, as you can see on CoinMarketCap, as well as the double digit increase over the last 24 hours
7. Max Property Group and the MPG token has been added to Delta Direct. All the latest MPG updates will now be directly available on @get_delta! If you want to receive updates from them do not forget to enable notifications. #DeltaDirect
8. We are waiting for an update from Binance regarding the next phase of the application process (third phase) which is a Q&A about the project, team, tokenomics, use case, etc. They certainly are very thorough in their research, which is great to see.
Finally we were also present at the Bull Day Investor Exhibition in Den Bosch on the 22nd of March, where Esther Dekker presented a Master Class and Gudo Thijssen, Edwin de Pijper and Jan Angel supported.
Many people came to our stand, enquired about the project and are looking to invest in the funds and we will soon start attending more shows. As soon as a show is confirmed we will announce it on our social channels and via our newsletters.

The ownerships and functions fo these companies are as follows:
Max Crowdfund B.V. - This company is 100% owned by Max Property Group B.V. and will be the operator of the Max Crowdfund platform
Stichting Max Crowdfund Escrow Foundation - This Foundation will act as the escrow agent for an account that is being applied for with TransferWise. This will allow Max Crowdfunfd users to load their balances with 21 different currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, AUB, BRL, CAD, CHF, DKK, HKD, JPY, NZD, PLN, TRY, SGD, SEK and several others.
Stichting Max Crowdfund Security Trustee Foundation - This Foundation will act as the Security Trustee which will register the charge on the projects/properties in which users can invest through Max Crowdfund.

MPG Newsletter - Regulation Update and MPG Token Burn Event!!!
Dear MPG Community,
After months of preparation by our in-house legal team and compliance experts, Max Property Group is delighted to announce that we have engaged a law firm to assist with the required licence application with Dutch Financial Authorities (AFM), locally known as an “exemption for mediation in redeemable funds” for the Max Crowdfund platform.
The exemption will enable MPG to offer loans (bonds, loan notes, debts, etc.) in compliance with Dutch regulations. Once the exemption has been obtained (approx. 4 months from now), Max Crowdfund will be allowed to offer projects from third party fundraisers to their investors and the public in general.
MPG Live Token Burn
On the 12th July 2019 from 19:00 - 22:00 CET, Max Property Group is holding a live token burn event in our offices in Rotterdam. By way of thanks to our early MPG tokens purchasers for their support, we have committed to burn 40,000,000 MPG tokens, or the equivalent of USD 1,000,000.
Up to 50 MPG token holders or Max Property Group investors will join media representatives (both crypto and main stream) to watch the live event and enjoy drinks, snacks, giveaways and prize draws.
There are still a few places left, so if you want to join us, feel free to email Gudo Thijssen on [email protected].
In our next email we will announce more token burn events and equally as important a delay in release of MPG tokens to seed round investors, founders and advisors. It is after all not correct that tokens are distributed if the platform is not fully operational and licensed yet.

Max Property Group Burns 50 Million MPG Tokens

In line with Max Property Group (https://www.maxpropertygroup.com/en/)’s (MPG) commitment to burn the remainder of the MPG tokens held in its PRE-ITO and ITO PHASE I wallets, 50 million tokens were burned on the 19th August 2019, when the remaining tokens from the PRE-ITO wallet (https://ardor.tools/account/ARDOR-EJE2-QCZZ-66YB-7AGW8) were sent to the Ardor burn address (https://ardor.tools/account/ARDOR-Q9KZ-74XD-WERK-CV6GB). The company’s first burn event took place in July 2019 and Max Property Group has already confirmed that the remaining tokens from the ITO phase I wallet (https://ardor.tools/account/ARDOR-X7SZ-D552-7M5R-3GEK4) will also be burned. MPG will burn over 200,000,000 MPG tokens. So far, close to 90,000,000 MPG tokens (or 9% of the total supply) have been burned and just over 20% of the MPG tokens will have been burned once the next burn event has happened. MPG did not announce the burn event so as not to influence the market of the MPG tokens. MPG Tokens
To perform a transaction on the Max Crowdfund (https://maxcrowdfund.com) platform, fees are charged in Euros but paid in MPG tokens. The MPG tokens used on the platform are instantly burned, thus diminishing their supply. The fees are charged in Euros in order to ensure transaction costs are stabilised in case the MPG token value were to increase dramatically as a result of its diminishing supply.
The platform is now functional on the MPG blockchain, with the MPG token being used to pay for certain transactions such as creating a support ticket, voting for a charity and paying transactions fees when making an investment, in line with the company’s development roadmap. Additional transactions, such as creating fundraising projects (in the form of security tokens), will also soon be charged in MPG tokens, as soon as the #DevelopmentTeam has completed the integration step of adding assets to the MPG blockchain.

We have expanded our #DevelopmentTeam to 8 developers, an architect and a project manager, and have kicked-off the development of Max Crowdfund 2.0, which will be fully redesigned. It will be ready for 3rd parties to list property back loans, and integrated with the blockchain, by the end of this year. A full technical update will follow over the next couple of weeks.

Real Estate Group Crowdfunds Crowdfunding Platform With Security Tokens!
Real estate group launches an equity round of €3,750,000, selling tokenised shares in its company to fund the completion of its crowdfunding platform.
Max Property Group B.V. (MPG) is raising a total of € 3,750,000 for 20% of its shares in 5 phases of €750,000 each. Over 70% of the first phase has already been subscribed, meaning the minimum (softcap) of €500,000 has already been reached. Funds raised are to be used to officially launch their international real estate crowdfunding platform, Max Crowdfund, including native Android and iOS apps, and to obtain the required licenses from European financial authorities.
Max Property Group has been operational since 2016 as a real estate business, offering property funds, management services and property sales. The company currently has over €7,000,000 of property assets and operates four property funds in the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Germany.
The company has been developing the Max Crowdfund platform since late 2017, and the new 2.0 platform is now reaching its final stage of development. Security Tokens

We would like to inform you that the ITO Phase II has now concluded.
Due to a national holiday in India the Buy MPG button is still active, but this will be addressed tomorrow. The price per MPG on the platform will be reverted to €0.25 as previously stated.

At 12:00 CET Max Property Fund II (MPF II) will be listed on N'xchange, a fully licensed exchange for financial products in the Netherlands.
This means that the MPF II property bonds will be fully tradable and you can start investing from as little as €500.
Existing MPF II investors can register an account on N'xchange and their issued property bonds will automatically be converted in tradable property bonds once the 1st tranche is fully subscribed.

According to a recent report by Crowdfundingcijfers.nl, more than 13,000 projects and businesses were successfully financed for the very first time in 2019 for a total of €424 million, suggesting there has been an increase of 29% compared to €329 million in 2018. Read another article.

ON WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2019, the European Parliament negotiating team reached a deal with the Council on Wednesday on EU-wide rules to help crowdfunding services function smoothly and foster cross-border business funding.
