Last year, i fail in for so many scam project, loosing a lot of money to scams. i am still hopeful of the crypto market. i never loose hope.
Therefore. i ask if anyone have any site or group that offered at most 80% of quality crypto start up.

What group do you mean, bro? Telegram group?
There are many groups that sharing their opinion about quality or trusted crypto startup. I have joined some but it is in my language. You can look for a group in your language. I think there are many options if you try to search.

Maybe if you are in a bigger forum and are more interested, then you can find groups to look for better projects.
But I can only see from various projects that have the support of my husband, because on the basis of my husband having a special telegram group to discuss information about trade and investment in cryptocurency, such as ICO, IEO, STO and OEO.

I did not understand what kind of group you are referring to. If you are talking about ICOs I can suggest icodrops which is a nice ico ranking site also icobench can be considered. Do not fall for the false telegram groups...

I think you will be hard to find out the sites. There are no guarantees for new projects, you should understand about it first. I don't see any groups that can determine quality crypto startup around 80%. You only have a way to pay an expert to do it.

If you want to join a crypto group, then try to join Crypto Coin Trader and Crypto currency Collectors Club. I've learned a lot from them before, you can check go through their discussion and maybe learn from them. Then, you can ask and discuss.

You mean a new project running a bounty program, you can look for bounty platforms like CCX, Bountysuit, and other platforms, use the search method on Google, in 2018 there were indeed many projects that failed, but some of them were good. doing research before joining is a thing to do

I never know a crypto group with a guarantee for its prediction. I think if you are active in this forum, it is enough to to get the information. Regarding to the coins to choose, it will depend on your knowledge and experience to choose.
