Stellar Forum / Re: Will Stellar Overtake Ripple?
« on: December 16, 2018, 01:30:36 AM »
Anyone who has taken the time to look at XLM’s trajectory will tell you that the coin is yet to hit expected highs. But as sentiment is likely to dictate what happens on the market, a lot that goes off it could be the driving force behind everything.

Stellar features a decentralized exchange where any Stellar network token can be instantly traded without relying on a third-party exchange to list the token. This means newly issued tokens can be traded on Day 1. Any token created on Stellar can be bought and sold immediately on Stellar’s decentralized exchange by means of Stellar’s native offer mechanism.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Cryptocurrency ban
« on: December 15, 2018, 07:30:12 PM »
The crypto markets have seen a sharp decline in value since the start of this year. In December 2017, bitcoin peaked at nearly $20,000, but prices have since plummeted and the global average across exchanges was $3,387 at press time. The difference marks an over 80 percent decline in value over the period. Most other cryptocurrencies, including ether and XRP, have also been hit hard by the bear mood pervading the market.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Mining Bitcoin or Trading?

Each coin does appear to have a pattern of its own and for obvious reasons it is better to invest in a coin which has an overall upward movement. Of course there are always going to be external influences which throw the pattern off its usual course.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Do you confirm Bitcoin dead?
« on: December 15, 2018, 07:23:25 PM »
Once that block is created and the new transaction is verified and included in that block, the transaction will have one confirmation. Approximately every ten minutes thereafter, a new block is created and the transaction is reconfirmed by the Bitcoin network.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Can you predict the future of Bitcoin?
« on: December 15, 2018, 07:21:29 PM »
Statistics have shown that retail investors lost the most during this bearish market. This is why the major sell-off was no surprise. What’s more, these small scale investors are less likely to return to the market any time soon. Only older clients who believe in the industry will most likely remain.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal?
« on: December 12, 2018, 11:31:17 AM »
Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Which wallet do you used to store your BTC?

The features and functions of the different types of wallets are all dependent upon the asset being stored and unique design of that wallet. Use the following resource to help choose the best wallet for your coins and coin preferences.

Below are the basics of a few projects working towards providing solutions on a large scale within the next decade. Although it may be difficult to predict whether their prices will surge sharply in the short term, these altcoins have taken various steps that increase their likelihood of catching the next crypto bull run.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Thinking about sell? Or invest more?
« on: December 10, 2018, 01:13:37 AM »
Obviously, some prediction of the market's downfall is going to turn out to be right. The market will go into a major slump again at some point. After all, since 1929 we've suffered through 20 bear markets where stock prices have fallen 20% or more, and even before the current turbulence, we've endured 26 corrections of at least 10% but less than 20%.

EOS Forum / Re: [Discussion] EOS, Future Bitcoin and Ethereum Rivals?
« on: December 09, 2018, 03:39:07 PM »
There are two very significant components that have been joined together in order to transform the forum into a game changer. To start with, it utilizes the EOS blockchain, and possess an immutable nature that makes it possible for it to hold all the information pertaining to the ecosystem.

EOS Forum / Re: Is it late to buy EOS?
« on: December 09, 2018, 03:34:56 PM »
I think  EOS aims to conduct virtually unlimited scalability and claims to eliminate transaction fees for users, which allows different apps to run parallel to each other.

Monero Forum / Re: Monero, short term trend
« on: December 08, 2018, 10:51:46 PM »
I think the stochastic oscillator is in the oversold region at 21 percent, yet undefined. This suggests minor consolidation before movement in a particular direction. The upward momentum may likely be favoured on the long run.

Monero Forum / Re: is it safe?? if I invest for monero
« on: December 08, 2018, 10:50:06 PM »
Power of blockchain usally increases security at the cost of privacy, but with monero's sophisticated privacy-centric technology, you get all the security benefits of the blockchain without any of the privacy trade-offs. Also it can't be hacked to steal funds, due to power of distributed consensus.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Government trying to stop bitcoin, what I see

I find it amusing discussions of cheese production and composition are happening here. There's also been much discussion of the Moon and water being there and somewhere else we're talking about American vs metric cooking measurements. All extremely relevant to Bitcoin
