I agree with the most, but the source of life? No, it's just an easy way, to settle transactions. Any commodity, that is necessary, to all people, and does not degrade with time, (for example, laundry powder), can be used for transaction settlement.

For me personally, money is a medium of exchange. And to be honest, when I have little money in my pocket or in my portfolio, then my mood spoils.

Money, as you know, rules the world, and it doesn't get anywhere from it, just as without it you will be lost. It should only be a means and an opportunity to achieve your goal and success, but in many cases big money becomes big problems for those who they received not long years of work and labor. We need money for life and to provide ourselves and our families with the greatest possible benefits of humanity.

In this world, money has significant importance because we need money to purchase our daily needs and whatsoever. But I believe each person has different views about money and for me, it's different and I dont consider it as a source of life but instead it just a material thing that used to exchange for something that we need.

We can buy almost all things with money but we cannot buy contentment and happiness. Money is life but love is lifer. Yes, money is a medium of exchange but it is not the major source of life. We cannot buy breath, we cannot buy night and day. Money cannot buy all things.

In my opinion, the main purpose of all of us in this world is to earn money no matter what we do.  Because in exchange for money we get everything in this world.  I and my family need money to survive. In exchange for money I get different elements. In exchange for money I need money to survive.  I also get various items like money exchange, food, clothes, house, car, so the value of money is immense to me.

Actually, many do not understand the difference between money and currency because there is rarely education about it.  Banknotes in circulation today actually have no value (only a few percent are backed up with gold), while currencies have an intrinsic value, such as gold and silver, because gold and silver are genuine currencies.

Money is something from which everything completely depends and therefore everyone needs money in order to exist in this world, someone has no money and they are trying to survive in this complex world, and someone is bathed in money and they lives an incredible life, and therefore money was created to control everything completely with them.

The US dollar is considered money and its rate is still high against other fiat currencies. But let's look at the cryptocurrency chart to understand that the bitcoin rate is already $ 19,400 compared to 5 years earlier, this is an increase of 10,000%. For me money is bitcoin

The value of the fiat currency has fallen sharply as the value of the US dollar has risen the high price of bitcoin has further boosted the value of the dollar people who make money on bitcoin can do everything as they please. The government does not has to pay any tax from here but the demand for us dollars and bitcoin as a rule of thumb has increased a lot as fiat has been applied for currency bitcoin's rate will increase a lot.

For me money is a very important transaction tool, an object that is accepted by the general public as a medium of exchange in economic activity. Money is obtained by someone for an effort to sell goods or services in society, money is very easily accepted by society to measure value, exchange, and make payments for the purchase of goods and services, and at the same time as a means of hoarding wealth

Yes, I agree with the concept but the clear difference in my opinion is that Fiat money or real money that clearly has a shape and form, whether it's paper or metal that can be seen and held in shape. Meanwhile, crypto money has no form and cannot be touched. The equation is that it can be used as an investment asset in the long run.

money can be a source of disaster, rather than a resource for developing interpersonal relationships and enriching the meaning of life. Actually, the concept of success from then and even now cannot be equated with just a lot of money. A person can be said to be successful if he clearly realizes and uses all functions, all parts and all capacities in himself for the good of others and society, not just for his personal benefit.

Simply put, money is a medium of exchange, to anything that is accepted as a means of payment. It's defined by people, and what they do. When people use something as a medium of exchange, it becomes money. If people were to begin accepting marshmallows as payment for most goods and services, marshmallows would be money

Money is something that is always in short supply)) Because often wishes and needs grow along with income) For me money is a way to improve the lives of my closest people, so that they are not afraid of their meagre pension, on which they have honestly worked all their lives. It is an opportunity to live normally today and not one day in the bright future! It is confidence in themselves, in their abilities, in their ability to provide their children with decent nutrition, education, health care, to broaden their horizons. Money is a quiet, stress-free life, an opportunity to give joy to yourself and the people you love.

That’s actually a cool question! Kind of philosophic and a bit of economic science 😊
First I agree with the thread starter – money is a medium of exchange. But furthermore it is something we trust on, something we believe in. We need to be kind of sure to get something worth the same as we gave for it. No matter what the worth of the material itself is – only like this we are able to swap between currencies, to pay by card and rely on virtual money. Seen like that money is also a medium of measuring worth.
Seen a little less scientific and more on a personal base: Money for me is only a thing to spend on new adventures. I am not a materialistic man, I would always prefer travels, a nice mountainclimb or some delicious food over an expansive watch, overrated piece of art or the newest car. So money is just here for spending on cool things to do and the gear I need for it 😉 I’m still young, I guess within a few years I also have to consider savings for feeding children and to have something to get back to when being in trouble… maybe crypto is the solution to this :P

Money is a widely recognized medium of exchange as we all know. It makes the exchange of goods and services easier. We can simply carry out our regular tasks when we have money. Although having money makes life easier, our lives do not necessarily depend on it. Many people lose their lives in the pursuit of money, which is very bad because you come to the world empty-handed and are going to leave it with nothing.

Money is whatever you choose it to be. So we ought to pursue it legitimately and watch it come to us when we work intelligently and hustle for it from different angles.

It is true that money is to different people different things. However there is a universal view and understanding of money and that is what the majority people know about money. Money has many uses and having money is one of those things that brings about confidence and peace of mind. The most characteristics of money that is known by many is just the purchasing power of money. Apart from the purchasing power of money many people do not know other uses of money. But there are some financial experts who know more about money about from it for the same power and I think it is only way you know more about money about from it purchasing power that you begin to enjoy money. I have heard that people keep working for money or the day of their life why money work for some other people. So, there is more to money than what we understand.

       -   Like Op said, I agree that money is a kind of medium of exchange, and there is some truth to it. This is what we use to have or get what we want in life, and if we want to have money, we use the things we buy and sell them when we need money.

But we have what we call three types of money: commodity money, which contains gold and silver and has intrinsic value; fiat money, which is the fiat currency held by the government; and cryptocurrency, like Bitcoin, which works through a decentralized network, which is why it cannot be controlled by any government.

Yh when I mean it bring happiness many people will like to argue about that, but is technical, with money one can have access to anything he or she wants depending on the amount of money he/she may have precisely.
Money is a necessity in our day to day life, because without money, one can not survive in our generation. With money you get to do all your needs and wants.
But when it comes to currency, it is simply a money in the form of paper or coins that is issued by the government and generally accepted by the citizens of that particular country at face value...
Currency are also used for International recognition. Because for example, we use Naira as a currency in Nigeria, so in the exchange market, when you talk about Naira one can easily recognize you as a Nigerian, there are varieties of currency in the world today and each currency has their own values attached to them in the Exchange market today...

This is fact or something which is real even there were people who do say that money isnt something that could buy everything which is true but living into this world then money is really
something that you would really be needing to survive into this world. When it comes to happiness then money could bring out happiness and its something that cant be denied.

for you to sustain when it comes to financial aspects and this is something that we should target out into our lives.

And even the topic is like a rhetorical question. And even as that some answers are still astray. And if I will say, money is a conventional paper or iron which is used to exchange goods and services. And recently there are digital money which bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are part of it. Some motivational quotes and speakers said, money is not everything but money is everything. With money all problems are solved.

Yes, I can say that money does everything. Money is a power. It plays an important role in everyone's life. If a man has no money then he will be rejected in every sector of life. Not only men's but also women's life it's impact most vital. So we can say here and there money is only a medium of power. Some people say that it gives heavenly power.

But here I can say that money isn't a heavenly element. Money gives physical satisfaction in the world in life but heavenly power is another mysterious thing. There only allowed God's Law. So we can say that "Money is second God". Cryptocurrency is only things that are roled all over the world by their name like BTC, ETH, LIT, etc not called Dollar, Rupee, Dinner, Taka, etc.

For me, money is basically anything that's widely accepted as a medium of exchange for goods and services. So, coins, banknotes, digital forms of payment – they're all money.

Many people understand the use of money in different way, I have heared someone defined money as spendable asset, but for me in simple terms money is a current medium of exchange, then what is currency? It is funny to hear people say that currency is a hard currency, I think the correct understanding of currency is define in this manner A currency is a system of money in general use in some part of the country. What do you call money?

To me, money is a tool that helps us exchange goods and services. It's like the fuel that keeps our economy running smoothly. It allows us to buy things we need and want, and it also represents the value of our work and skills. Money can be powerful, but it's important to use it wisely and responsibly.

Money is a legal tender. It is a recognized means of exchange in a country. Let me add that money has geographical limitations meaning that you cannot spend a country`s currency in another country. For instance, if you must use dollars in Nigeria, you will have to change it to the Naira equivalent before the locals can accept it.

Something to define wealth and also the most common means of exchanging goods. People who have a lot of money will be more respected and have the opportunity to appear in better places. The world works like that, whoever has more money will get more followers and attention than anyone else. That means that apart from being a medium of exchange, it can also improve a person's social status.

We encounter money for exchange more often in the lives of the general public. We see it can buy items that are sold throughout the store. Until finally, many people are trying to make money to accumulate wealth. That's why I see money as a medium for defining a person's financial power and wealth, as well as for ordinary transactions.

True, in fact, money is the only reason people are respected. Our generation is such that to earn respect, you must have money. Money is a powerful tool that can be used to change the direction of people.

Fun fact: If you don't have money, your English can never be correct.

For me personally it is a medium that gives me options and freedom. The more money I have, the more options I have and the more freedom I have. I don't believe in things like it is the root of all evil, I believe that money empowers the people we are. A good person with a lot of money will use a good part of that money to help others and a bad person with a lot of money tends to be (or tends to become) a despot.

Sounds funny but it's true, money is power. Money is used to measure class, when you have more money you have better bargaining power and will always be rated above others.
