Digital Growth Marketing Specialist New York CityResponsibilities
Strategically lead and efficiently scale paid customer acquisition strategy (online and offline) across channels including but not limited to: paid social, paid search, app campaigns, content marketing, organic referral, email, influencer marketing, podcast ads and video advertising
Key paid social channels include Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, Meta, Snapchat
Responsible for reporting metrics and tracking goals against each campaign
Participate in the cost management and budget optimization of campaigns
Monitor cross-channel performance to identify budget optimization opportunities
Continuously evaluate integrated marketing campaign performance to refine and inform marketing approach
Support the implementation of MMM through cost and impression data integration
Ensure campaigns are executed in ways to enable incrementally and geo testing
Identify and launch new digital marketing channels
Coordinate campaigns in collaboration with agencies and vendors
Opportunity to develop into brand channels and brand strategy based on interest
Requirements
2+ years of digital marketing or advertising experience
Experience with social ads including: Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Microsoft, Programmatic (DV360, Adform, The Trade Desk, etc.) platforms and tools
Proven ability to accurately manage key campaign processes such as budget tracking, UTM set-up and tracking, and troubleshooting pixel
Must be detail-oriented and have an understanding of how to see a campaign through from start to finish
Familiarity with MMM and MTA
Experience with Appsflyer or related mobile attribution platform is a plus
Willingness to embrace experimentation and building new capabilities in a high growth environment
Strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
