Stellar follows the general market sentiment with green indicators across the board. XLM’s price seems to be positively reacting to the increase in USD Coin (USDC) liquidity on top of its blockchain. Additionally, the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) made a potential groundbreaking announcement.
Alongside VISA, Tala, and Circle, one of the companies behind USDC, the cooperation aims to provide access to digital assets in emerging markets. Initially, Tala will enable unbanked users to access this stablecoin in a digital wallet.

VISA does have very large finances throughout the world and VISA is very open to the public and able to adapt to all owners around the world.
In various parts of the country VISA is very supportive for local banks and of course VISA also has a legitimate and strong community.
The combination of Stellar and VISA will increase the rating of Stellar and of course this will increase the price of the Stellar coin.

This is very good news I think this news will pump XLM cause this is good news for XLM. I think xlm gives some good news with in short time.
