Title: Why is the bounty campaign less in altcoinstalks forum?
Post by: Cadaver20 on September 28, 2022, 02:29:56 PM
Many of us may know that new bounty campaigns are being launched almost every day on the bitcointalk forum. But compared to that new bounties are not coming in altcoinstalks forum. Some Bounty Managers are launching campaigns on both forums, they are only available on altcoinstalks forum. There are no bounties coming to altcoinstalks forum alone.

What do you think could be the reason?

For me it is because of less traffic getting here. Compare to bitcoin talk traffic is huge as we know it is more popular than our forum. I do believe in due time projects will come here and contact our admin. Maybe the admin now is preparing something good and attractive to gain more investors and bounties. Our forum has its own token. Hope it will have a better price in the future.

The bitcointalk forum is the very first and most famous cryptocurrency forum. It is said that Satoshi Nakamoto himself created it. It has many more participants than altcointalks. This is the main reason for its greater popularity.
Since 2018, they have introduced a system of merits and the conditions for obtaining them and moving up in ranks are such that they actually cut off the emergence of new participants with the rank of a higher member, for which you need to have ten merits. But the popularity of cryptocurrency is growing and newcomers are more likely to go to the altcointalks forum, where without any problems, with great activity, you can relatively quickly upgrade your account to high ranks. Therefore, the bitcointalk forum has more participants with extensive experience who are well versed in the technical side of the processes in the cryptocurrency market. I hope that over time these forums will catch up in popularity.

the main factor in the bounty in altcointalk is reduced because of the lack of traffic and visiting this forum, and the managers are still reluctant to share here,
I'm sure this forum will develop like bitcointalk in the future if all members are active and the forum is tightened again like the btt forum, so there aren't many scamers

AltcoinsTalks is a newer crypto forum than BitcoinTalk, so Bounty managers often prefer Bitcointalk. However, AltcoinsTalks is also a user-friendly crypto forum, without complicated and extreme regulations for users. Hopefully in the future, we will have more bounty campaigns for members.

Yes, I agree. The kind of traffic that BTT is getting is really monstrous compared here at ATT. And so far there is nothing we can do about it. Anyway, we should be thankful that at least for now ATT is actually considered as the number two for the crypto forum category and that is already a feat on its own. I am hoping that there can be some ways to increase incoming traffic for our beloved forum here and maybe we can use the whole membership for help on that aspect. The more traffic here then maybe we can entice more BMs to include ATT as well on their plans.

I'm sure one day this forum will be full of Bounty campaigns like the BTT forum. There have been many BMs running Bounty in this forum, actually they can divide the campaign budget into 2 or 60% and 40%, but that is BM decision, BM also sees how much a lot of traffic on this forum, I also saw it through the website https://www.statshow.com/www/https://www.altcoinstalks.com/ and saw the traffic on this forum is still far from BTT forum, but I I'm sure in the future when there are big project names here such as Beyond Protocol which will soon start a mainnet, there will be more new projects holding campaigns here and we can be a part of being able to maintain the forum so that visitors will increase

Every bounty manager are very interested on bitcointalks because bitcointalks are most popular gether than altcointalks. I see some bounty are available in both forum and most bounty just alone on BTT. BTT forum traffic is very high. so project owner want to btt.

Well, let me add, some members here are from bitcointalks forum. Maybe the managers knows this case that's why they don't want to launch the same project here cuz they know it would be possible the same participants may apply. There's a possibility to that matter. Traffic is the number one attraction and of course the numbers of investors in the forum.

in my opinion only a few bounty managers and few campaigns are interested in this forum because in proportion, compared to bitcointalk it has much less users and therefore less traffic / posts implicitly less visibility

Bitcointalk being an older and more popular forum, obviously has more traffic and coverage. This is expected. The onus now lies on Altcointalk to ensure it rivals the traffic Bitcointalk enjoys by getting more quality posts and comments out there on the front page

Yeah the traffic, Altcoinstalks is just too small for now to get an exclusive bounty. In the meantime, if there's a bounty on both forums is okay. Members here still can get incentives for posting. It's like a social media campaign where people use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc., while forum campaigns can utilize btt, Altcoinstalks, etc. Maybe in the future, there will be fewer btt-exclusive campaigns, since many new forums getting more established.

If this forum was the first as a bitcointalk forum, then there were more bounty companies, let's take our time and wait for the development of the forum and then see how it changes. Bitcointalks forum is simply more popular and there is the largest number of companies there.

Bounty and the forum in the form that it is now a passed stage. The industry is developing, as are marketing tools. What used to be called bounty is now essentially ambassador programs. Further only more!

As the popularity of this forum grows we will see more bounties on this forum. We all know bitcointalk is the oldest forum so we saw there more bounties as compared to this forum. About new bounties, it depends on the bounty manager whether he wants to launch a bounty on this forum I noticed many bounty managers are active only on bitcointalk forum so I think the moderator of this forum can contact the bounty managers and convince them to launch the bounties on this forum also but I must appreciate the moderator of this forum also as we can see many new bounties here also as compare to previous years.

Bounty hunters are an important part of crypto forums, as they can become the most active users in search of rewards from new projects in the market. BMs are always encouraged to reach more hunters, AltcoinsTalks is where they should reach out and try running bounty campaigns. AltcoinsTalks also has the best bounty hunters!

Many bounty managers left this forum and there was no one to attract projects, and market conditions have changed dramatically.

Maybe because the majority are interested and believe in bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and solana (from altcoins). Which is why not every altcoin gets a chance to be higher.

Of course, how can there be no bounty hunters on the forum, these are the most necessary people who help spread information about companies. Why only on this forum, yes they are on all forums there are bounty hunters.

Forums as an important source of marketing have unfortunately lost their relevance and attractiveness

I think we should lobby several reputable bounty manager and  always post in this forum to raise this forum.traffic.
We know several bounty manager have own consideration about this forum.
But forget it.
We will see another bounty here.

It seems to me that many top bounty managers have been inactive on this forum for a long time, all the activity migrated to discord and became known as ambassador programs, unfortunately.
