Couple of minutes ago, I have seen XRP was in 2nd place. In this month, it has been happened twice. What do you think? Will XRP get the 2nd place for a long time?
In my opinion, if XRP gets the bounce in next month, the position will be for long term.

That is still possible. The proof is that I see the condition at Coinmarketcap is currently Ethereum which occupies the second position of the Marketcap rank. But Ripple is still a big potential to be able to defeat Ethereum again. So we just wait for the right time to see it.

EHT comeback in few hours. Its very hard to beat EHT within a short period of time. After bitcoin the most powerful coin is ETH. XRP coin has the potential to compare with ETH but taking ETH's position is not a easy task to do. Ripple has the potential to beat ETH too. But what i think that both of them need time.

I think xrp could have defeated eth, but it was not for now, the proof is that I see Eth returning to second place now.

I don't see ripple being in second place after bitcoin. Where did you get the source? Even though there are more and more ripple communities, they cannot shift the current position of ether. Ether is a strong coin with a smart contract, so I think it's still difficult to fight ether right now.

That's a great achievement for Ripple. I think Ripple is the only coin that competes well with Ethereum and is a mainstay for many people too. So in my opinion this is a sign that future Ripple will be a good and potential coin and much in demand by users and investors.

XRP and ETH always race each other to get second place. Now ethereum down so far. And XRP moved to ethereum place. And always like that for now :D

It would not be hard for ripple to take the place of ethereum as it is back up by centralized system in spite of many bushers against its function not knowing that it is indeed where ripple became prominent.

it is absolutely true that ripples get in number 2 position, and that is very good and I really believe it can stay longer to become number 2.

Ripple and ethereum have different and has its uniqueness. And if this continues, then I think it's not impossible for ripple to replace ethereum in the future as we see that now, the ripple is trying to collaborate with the big company. And the investor is losing their trust in the ethereum that is an impact to the price of ethereum itself. So we need to wait for a while for this, and we can see who will stay at the second position at the coinmarketcap.

Yes I seen it , ethereum and ripple are powerful projects in cryptomarket thus these coins competition started again in fact it will happen again nowadays ethereum price is falling very deep thus many ethereum based projects are failure but ripple performance is increasing this situation maybe in future xrp replace ethereum.

For second place in Coinmarketcap I also saw that, but I'm sure Eth is still far better than Ripple. This is evident, although Ripple works with many banks in the world, but in reality this has little effect on the Ripple value. Ripple is still far below Ethereum.

it was true for a few days ago, xrp had become number 2 in coinmarketcap data. and now xrp returns to position 3 again.
but I am sure, for the next year ripple will develop much better than now

Replacing ethereum at rank 2 doesn't matter the most because it just happened for a short period of time. However, if ripple remains to long at rank 2 that matters because it could be the sigh of ripple potential that can defeat ethereum.

Yes I saw that at the while but suddenly Ripple dropped again in third place still Ripple maintaining third place in coinmarketcap Ripple is maintaining $ 0.45 range because it was dropped $0.26 to few months ago.

A sleeping giant, XRP price is currently hold back by the bear market and still not display its true value. I hope that next year XRP can break out of this bearish and officially take the 2nd place

XRP Is great altcoin this coin is very use full for transaction, i think it will be number 2nd for long time. Many year again XRP may be became rival bitcoin. I believe it because it has great team and xrp target market is right.

The cryptomarket sitting is really bad now thus all major altcoins price are falling now but Ripple is using the opportunity it's over taken ethereum several times as well as currently Ripple is stay in second place in coinmarketcap although one day it will drop again.
