I find this guide very helpful, but I have a question based on a little confusion. You stated that the immortals are basically a group of people. Is it actually a group that restricts others from joining, or can anybody become an immortal just by performing the neccesary subscriptions?

immortals is a subscription based group
fiat payment, essentially that helps the most with costs , as it is already in fiat.
as a result immortals get kinof a free pass when it comes to activity and best behaviour 
in case we get some tokens to distribute immortals will not be affected by lack of activity.
