Yes, it is still on the way to reach the bullrun. The moon time should be in the bullrun, I still believe with this. However, it is hard to know when the bullrun will happen. Personally, I just follow the expert's statement. They stated it will happen in 2020.

almost all the coins have shown bullish signs,

The btc rising also have an effect on altcoins. See prices are always depend on btc or eth since these two are major pair in most exchanges. If the price of btc rising prices will be adjusted to normal and average one. But some exchange doesnt seem to have option like this. Hence especially on some dex like idex. Even eth is rising the orders are staying on the price it was set. So we need margin trading to avoid this.

You must be looking at the wrong altcoins or maybe it is your altcoins that's not rising in price. A quick look at coinmarketcap and you will easily notice that top altcoins are following bitcoin's movement.

It is not only bitcoin that is rising, if you have followed the market very well in recent days you will know altcoins have also join bitcoin. There have been a lot of increase in the price of altcoins in recent days and we are still having the increase. Personally i am expecting more in the coming days.

I have been investing since 2017, but the altcoin price increase is not like the end of 2017 and until now I have tried buying new coins and trading by buying more.
A bullish trend has come but we need to be patient to wait for the price increase of the altcoin

That's true anyway I have to agree to that saying because bitcoin is still rising so the price of bitcoin have to affect other altcoins positive before the main altcoins to the moon, but some altcoins are increasing in value while some are dropping in price value.
