Too Many Cryptocurrency Exchange Whats the effect on the Market?

exchanges really a lot and they constantly appear new
but few good reliable and time-tested
I would like to close half and leave the best

Lately i notice that there are too many cryptocurrency exchange that came out of nowhere Maybe DEX or CEX Question is there any effect on the Market??!

In my own personal analysis about the effect of there are many market of cryptocurrencies, they will make the price of cryptocurrencies will be more expensive than just couples market of cryptocurrencies. The other effect of there are many market of cryptocurrencies they will make the new people who want make investment in cryptocurrencies will be easy to be done than just couples market of cryptocurrencies. They are sign of mass addoption of cryptocurrencies around the world.

Having too many exchanges is good so that  the new cryptocurrency project can also have crypto market were they can be listed, but my major concern about many exchanges that are been created how efficient are the exchanges are they secure for traders and investors to trade with, so this things need to be considered a part from security there's nothing wrong having too many exchanges. But we should be careful any fake exchanges.

And despite this many exchanges coming in and these possible chalenges like security, integrity, efficiency etc, i think that more exchanges will definitely encourage stronger competition in the entire crypto market.

I think we don’t have that much exchanges. Don’t count the fake volume exchanges or most of the decentralized exchanges. If we try to count the good/solid exchanges we won’t find more than ten. So with this huge volumes, these numbers of exchanges are enough i think. Of course we shouldn’t forget that the competition is always best for the customers.

I think it is good to the market that there are many exchanges. Some of the benefits are you can do arbitrage to gain some profit and the more exchanges the more liquidity in your trade however the risk of being hacked by the low security exchanges are high. For me this is a positive sign.

Many new crypto exchanges have fake volumes, but I can't mention them here. 
And I'm not surprised when I see my order skipped at a price that doesn't match the order. This can be detrimental to new investors because when they recognize the new crypto exchange, they will be confused with the orders listed and form irregular patterns.

The problems are too many bad coins and untrusted exchanges. We should focus on these problems only. , then many exchanges will be good to support the development of crypto world as a whole.

Strongle agree, you put your finger in the real problem. If we have more trusted exchanges that will be in benefit of traders becouse all of this exchanges will be thinking of a wayes to perform and give the good for traders. I am sure the good is a head, i have see some good exchanges start to show up, some start to give a tradeing advives as well using the tech of Ai and tbat is a change we should keep an eye on.

cryptocurrency has become a good and easy tool for earning money because and so many new stock exchanges appear. people open their stock exchanges and then manipulate any coins on their stock exchanges and make money. with new exchanges you need to be careful not to invest your money there right away. very often after 1-2 years of work, the stock market owners may disappear along with your money

There may have negative and positive effects But so far, if the exchanges serve the good systems and services, it is no matter It will not influence the market. However, as the investors, we must be more careful, there may be untrusted exchanges.
