i think people leave the bounty because the profit that bounty bring to tehm just a little profit, and when the token list in the exchange the price of them dump so much and they earn a little.

the cause of someone stopping from bounty is an unstable market condition. besides that the project did not run smoothly and the collected ICO funds were not transparent so the bounty hunter stopped the campaign.

Not all people quit from bounty thier is a lot of good projects start to show up in this two last months. But i agree with you for the resons you stated.
We can say 2018 and the bigining of  2019 was not good due to facts that alot of projects turn to be scam, pay not worth due to market confitions.
But for now i see situation started to change and people start join bounty of strong projects.

Many people quit from bounties because of failed projects, some ICo's failed as a result of the bad market situation. Also, there are many scam projects that discouraged lots of people from participating in bounties, some didn't pay at the end of the day.

Now is a good time to devote more time to work that brings real profit and a part of the funds to invest in coins that are much cheaper, but have good growth potential. I have experienced many scams until now. You are right, it is very painful, but it shouldn't make us regret and leave. Our research should be better to find out better bounties. We can learn from the mistakes but don't run away.

 - Months of hard work,
 - After bounty was finished - waited for a month or two [sometimes more] for tokens to be transferred to wallets,
 - Additional weeks or months waiting for tokens to be listed on exchanges,
 - When already listed - the tokens were annoyingly of little value.
That feeling of total disappointment was just immeSPAM BANble.
Not to mention, those barbarous in-human Hackers that strips us of our treasures.

There are a few reason behind quitting from bounty by the bounty hunters. They are-
a. Maximum projects are now either scams or failed.
b. Only few projects passed in ICO and out of them maximum don't pay to the hunters or pay very little compared to the agree.
c. Some tokens they get from bounty are now worthless.

In my last 8-9 months bounty, i have got only few bounty tokens but 99% are worthless. I can't sell them or if i want to sell, i have to bear transaction and withdraw costs from my pocket. Hence bounty hunters are quitting from bounty.

Yes, the cost of effort and time often do not correspond to the award received, and so the bounty hunters have recently begun to leave their occupation. This is facilitated by a large percentage of fraud among ICO projects, another deception and abuse of the ICO team, as well as KYC verification after the end of ICO, as a result of which many bounty hunters for various contrived reasons do not pay token earned.

You have rightly named the reasons for which many members of the bounty cease to operate, but despite all these reasons, I continue to participate in the bounty, because I believe that cryptocurrency has a great future and tokens for participation in the bounty will cost much more than after distribution.
