Actually, I do not smoke, but I have helped others stop smoking using my ways. So all I had to do was provide them help with a plan to stop smoking and always be there to support them while they are working on it, as well as help them by finding what will distract them from smoking like exercise, job opportunities because some people who are smoking is not actually their mind to smoke, but because of frustration in life and the high cost of things, they go into smoking just to clear their heads from thinking and from there, they become addicted and it makes them not to eat properly too, so I will also provide foods stuff for them if I have or encourage them to eat healthy
