I really like the idea of regulations when it comes to the cryptocurrency world, especially the ICOs, I believe one of the advantages is that it will reduce scam projects, but what ate other advantages of regulating cryptocurrency?

The regulation will provide a safe haven for investors from individuals, private and institutional.
It will help remove bad actors that are manipulating the market for their financial gains.
Cryptocurrency itself needs regulation in order to get the mainstream globally.
Without proper regulation how do you expect crypto to be mainstream?

I noticed this phenomenon. Often someone buys up all the proposed tokens with a small amount of trading (for example, look at SMT on hitbtc this night), and after a few days these tokens go up in price very much. Is it worth buying such a token?

The issue is there are many problems with buying low volume tokens.
The major problem is the lack of market liquidity and trading volume.
If you buy a large number of tokens you might end up without buyers
It happens to me when I bought NOAH, and Dentacoin both on HitBTC.
Just stay away from buying low volume trading tokens they are hard to sell sometimes. 

These are some of the issues in nowadays:

Scam is rampant.
Accusations seems normal.
Shitcoins looks like potential but never.
Decline takes so long.
Pump signs nothing.
KYC is slowly adopted that somehow result to strictly implemented.
Impatient versus patient is always the matter.
To  lose or to earn is important to determine.

The question is are you afraid on KYC unsecured process or you are more afraid to loose your investment?

Well, I lose my investment several times in crypto, so that doesn't scare me.
What I'm afraid of is losing my identity through KYC and my identity end up on the Darkweb for sale.

Here are the 3 major things to look at when the market is getting bullish or not are :

1. The rapid increase in market capitalization.
2. The high increase in buying rates and trading volume.
3. The bull market durability - to make sure it is not a bull trap.

I want to buy a potential Crypto coin with all of my money. Please give me one crypto you think it is the best. Thank for your advice.

You don't need to invest early 2019 to make a huge amount of profits.
Even right now there are some few great coins to invest into such as:

- Binance Coin (BNB)
- Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
- Litecoin (LTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Basic Attention Token (BAT)

Right now the prices of all altcoin in very drastic, especially ETH, whether in 2019 it'll be back, or just keep it stable?

Yeah, lots of experts point out this year 2019 to be the recovery year of cryptocurrencies.
Though the recovery did not start early in the first quarter but in the second quarter.
The market is doing well at the moment and lots of coins are recovering too.   

It's better to earn real tokens, not fake ones as most of these ICO's are scams and they promise in any method to scam people. I joined so many Airdrops, bounties, but only 2 to 3 paid me and they were in less price. I wasted my time by promoting them on Social media sites.
I suggest you to discover much, but after all these also they don't pay anything for us.

Too many scams. the scams are everywhere.
I think the market was bearish that is the major reason why the bounties are not paying.
And now, in the market, there are some great signs showing us the bull market is here.
Maybe the new bounty programs would be able to raise enough capital to pay their bounties.
Don't give up now, only the loser quit! The market is testing every one of us not only you.
