Yes, there is no information about it in the lightpaper. but I found this in FAQ at their website: The minimum investment threshold for ESMA retail investors is planned at 500 EUR.

Yes you are right there are no many people who understand about the security of token and utility of token and stellerro is security of token and it is not just digital coins more than it, stellerro is real of digital asset which are will gives benefits for all of investors, community in coming future. Stellerro has legalitation for its projects of ICOs, i did not found something like stellerro for today, stellerro is more secure than than another projects of ICOs and IEOs projects.
