Title: Unicode bug in subject matter & message body
Post by: dragononcrypto on March 11, 2019, 01:35:19 AM
This is also an issue for me with starting a new topic, but here are the examples (more problematic) when simply replying to topics.
This appears to be new, as I previously had no issues with this before (see last screenshot*).
I see others in the example thread didn't have this problem, so thinking it might be Linux based, somehow.
This thread is also for anyone to confirm this theory, or provide any useful info if they also found this problem/bug.

When replying to a subject topic that includes Unicode, the "Subject matter not filled in" error appears. This is despite the subject clearly being included by default as Re:[Subject]:

The is evident by removing the "offending" unicode, and testing preview again (no error appears):

This is also the case with all other unicdodes:

As well as unicode in the text body with "The message body was left empty" error:

Thanks, whatever you did fixed it  :D The error still appears when previewing a post, but it posts successfully  8)
