Title: Bitcoin will be a single world currency?
Post by: Monster5 on October 15, 2020, 05:24:46 PM
For many years now, the use of a single globalized currency has been suggested, implying the previous modification of Bitcoin for this new millennium.
Adapting Bitcoin as a single unified world currency is very possible only that its adaptation time is lengthening as much as possible, in fact many people already see this asset as the replacement of this financial system that has been implemented for years.
Being prepared for a new united and globalized financial system is paramount, since it is the recurring reality that is being loaded every day that passes.
Bitcoin is already a fact, only the community will determine its future.

Decentralized cryptocurrency cannot become a global world currency that would be used by all states and their bodies in the world. It cannot even be on the scale of an individual state. Country budget planning and execution in a decentralized cryptocurrency with its high price volatility is impossible. And not a single state will ever allow someone else's currency, and even cryptocurrency, to use its territory as the main means of payment.
National money is an integral attribute of statehood. The state will not have its own currency, it can be considered that half of the state already depends on other states. It is very serious. Therefore, the state will destroy anyone who encroaches on its financial independence.

I don't think if bitcoin becomes the single world currency because you know the transaction fee is so high and we don't like it. Maybe we should look other cryptos that has low transaction fee.

Obviously there will be different perceptions about high transaction fees, because to my knowledge bitcoin makes a fair transaction for everything we do. In fact, the main problem is to equalize the perception of each country to be able to accept bitcoin as a legal exchange, because there are still many countries that do not recognize it. that's why it is unlikely that it will happen. Instead, let Bitcoin be a separate system that is already running.

What you are saying is true, it makes perfect sense to deny that Bitcoin will become the single currency in the World.  It will be very confusing for merchants of goods or services when there is fluctuation in the price of Bitcoin, how do we regulate the price of the goods we buy with Bitcoin? when at that time the price of Bitcoin rose or fell drastically!

I think It is good thing, if at the coming future bitcoin will be a single world currency.
I see many government against Crypto currency, because Crypto currency cannot be controlled like fiat money.
But we must see the future technology.
Digital currency will dominate at future transaction and Investment.
I see many people already believe in Crypto for Investment because It is more profitable.

The more advanced the human community, the more technology will be used and the easier ways to transact. There will come a time when this blockchain technology will spread all over the world. Then bitcoin transactions will increase tremendously. Not every country will have a paper currency in the future, but Bitcoin will. With the development of technology will come the development of Bitcoin. Bitcoin infrastructure around the world will improve. Bitcoin will play a role in developing the infrastructure of the human community. Bitcoin users will be very proud of bitcoin. Bitcoin will become a part of human life. Because just as money is needed on the go, so will bitcoin. Every business and organization will have bitcoin transactions. People will use bitcoin more in digital currencies and in future Bitcoin will be used for most trades. People speculate about Bitcoin at various conferences. There are various experts who will do research in this regard. There will be a group of researchers who talk about bitcoin in various ways. Currently, many researchers are making various comments about bitcoin. So we see the beautiful and bright future of Bitcoin and Bitcoin will spread all over the world. We have already seen that in most countries of the world Bitcoin has been given value or status.

Once I a believer of this speculations but I realized that having one digital currency globally is a thing that impossible to happen rather the possibility relies only with the same function and use of the dollars.
People want to keep their resources in a safe place and people come up with various plans and ways to keep these resources in a safe place. So now is the time to solve all these problems. That is, if anyone wants their assets to be protected, it is Bitcoin. They can see that people from any country can trade with Bitcoin. So if a person buys bitcoin, he will get it in his bitcoin wallet. That is not unreasonable. But Bitcoin was a very crisis moment. When the price of Bitcoin was low. But now Bitcoin has high aspirations. Popularity and demand in the market, increasing use in various businesses. All the rich and famous people in the world have started using Bitcoin. As a result, Bitcoin position has increased. Bitcoin has received as a universal currency. Bitcoin is probably going to show surprises in the next world. Bitcoin has a lot of plans. Many of them will become millionaires if the price goes up, from this coin hold. Bitcoin will bring a new invention to the next world. Technology will improve. Hopefully some more technologies up front, they will further enhance the greatness of Bitcoin. So I believe Bitcoin will re-emerge in the next world.

It is more likely that bitcoin will function in parallel with the payment systems of different countries. No state will agree to the fact that instead of its monetary unit in the country, payments are made in a decentralized cryptocurrency.

There is no denying that bitcoin has become a single world currency. Many investors and companies have considered bitcoin as an asset and are also doing world wise transactions.
Bitcoin can become the single world currency when most states and their international bodies will use it as a means of payment when concluding international treaties. And this will never happen. Even high price volatility will prevent bitcoin from becoming the single world currency. After the possibility of the appearance of stable coins of the central banks of states, this is generally ruled out in principle, since a good alternative to decentralized cryptocurrency has appeared in states.
Individuals have been using Bitcoin for a long time, but this will not allow it to be considered a single world currency.

Many opinions say the future of bitcoin is better, but in fact Bitcoin is still bitcoin which has a function as a digital exchange tool besides Fiat money. Because Bitcoin is the parent and origin of cryptocurrency, there will always be other cryptos that stay abreast of Bitcoin's developments.

I really believe that people now need altcoins and they don't want to lose them. Moreover, I cannot imagine if no alcoins in this world, how Bitcoin can struggle alone. It will be difficult for bitcoin to stand alone, especially now that there are many altcoins that complement bitcoin. Because of the high price, if there were no altcoins, the smaller players would be lost because they couldn't afford to invest in bitcoin. and this will reduce the amount of investment in crypto. This is possible but very hard to achieve. Because every country has a different culture, value for a thing. Monies are sometimes able to describe if the country is rich or not at all. We all differs on handling the supplies.

But it would be very helpful because we can literally get rid of discrimination and live equally because we have equal value of monies.

Bitcoin is the only currency that is much more popular around the world. And the amount of constant investment in this currency is much higher. It is the only single currency that is used instead of the local currency. Due to its much more popular currency, it has single users all over the world. And this single currency helps other currencies to rise to the top. So Bitcoin is considered as one of the best current and future currency.

Of course any community can benefit by investing in Bitcoin currency. In the future, Bitcoin will create a situation where the popularity of the currency around the world becomes more active. The currency can be traded with all currencies as a single cryptocurrency.

I don't think about it. I don't believe bitcoin will be a single world currency, because every countries have own national currency. But when the digital era come, I think It is possible will be. Bitcoin is the pioneer of Crypto currency, It is always be number one.

I also agree with you, I think it is too risky if Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that is an alternative payment in many countries,
The maximum supply of bitcoin is not suitable as a means of payment, bitcoin is more suitable if it is an asset to store value while for alternative payments it is more suitable to use stablecoins.

This will never happen.  No state will ever accept Bitcoin or any other decentralized cryptocurrency as its main currency and will never give up its national money.  The high price volatility of the cryptocurrency will prevent states from using it as their primary means of payment.  However, this is only one of many reasons for this.  Decentralized cryptocurrency can only exist simultaneously with the national money of states.

No. Bitcoin will never be a single currency in the world. It will become a digital currency that helps people around the world transaction easier. But this will not be going to be a single currency. There will be still fiat and some top altcoins for implement together
You are right I also think Bitcoin cannot be a single currency. Yes Bitcoin is very popular. This bitcoin is the number one coin in the cryptocurrency world. So it cannot be said that Bitcoin will remain in the cryptocurrency alone. In the near future we may see a few currencies in the market as Bitcoin competitors. Although now Bitcoin has no competitors. It's just my personal opinion. Sorry if wrong.

Im sure US will not let this happen of course they want to a monetary system which is controlled by them if Bitcoin will become single currency then it will become scarce and price will be at 100x from the current price now btc will be very expensive once this happens.

I think Bitcoin has potential to be a single  world currency. Bitcoin is so popular and going strong. Bitcoin has high demand ,many investors already buy more bitcoin and hold it now. By seeing bitcoin is limited supply and high demand, I believe Bitcoin price will rise.

I think it will not be possible because of course it will cause price inflation and of course must have a very large supply.
Yes brother you are right it will never be possible. Because the crypto market cannot run with just bitcoin. I agree with you. There is a demand for all currencies in the crypto market. And cryptocurrency with bitcoin alone is not possible. I hope you understand this well. The senior brothers have responded nicely to this issue. I hope you have read and understood them. Thanks.

They cannot make any other decision, because they only want to control, not prohibit. On the one hand, a ban on cryptocurrencies is unrealistic, because the black market for cryptocurrencies will be even worse for governments, and some control is still better for the users of cryptocurrency themselves, since it provides more opportunities for using cryptocurrency in everyday life.

They want regulation though, not a ban. Regulating cryptos doesn't mean they'd get totally banned. They'd probably get taxed though. :D

In my opinion, Bitcoin will never be the only cryptocurrency in the world. Because even though Bitcoin has no competitors now, in the future we may see some coins as Bitcoin's closest competitors. There are now over a thousand cryptocurrencies around the world.

I don't think this will be possible anymore because some countries are creating their own crypto because they want a more stable coin as a currency for transaction which they can control and regulate, since they can't do this with btc.

This Bitcoin will achieve many popularity all over the world in the way Bitcoin has started to grow. We have seen this Bitcoin, but in the number one position in all coins markets. However, if the legitimacy is validated in all countries of this world, it will be considered as a popular. Then this Bitcoin will be the best to everyone.

So the user determines the future of Bitcoin. But with its transparency as well as its multidisciplinary settlement, its future will flourish even more, but to be a common partner of the whole world, you have to wait much longer.

I believe a lot of people think there will be a common currency for the future, but in my opinion it is very difficult. Look at the Ero, although there are many uses it as a common currency but it still does not surpass the dollar

Whether bitcoin becomes a single world currency depends on how you look at it. If you look at it from the perspective of individual citizens, then we can say that this is possible. Although among them, for sure, there will be no unity even among the cryptocurrencies you like. But from the point of view of states, bitcoin will never be a world currency, much less a single one. States have their own priorities and values, and they are fundamentally different from the values of a decentralized cryptocurrency.

It's not about the number of bitcoins. Each bitcoin has one hundred million satoshis. They are quite enough for all the inhabitants of the planet, enough for aliens.
Cryptocurrency cannot be a single world currency because states will not allow it. And states will not accept bitcoin as a means of payment for international settlements.

So when will Bitcoin become the single currency in the world?  It seems this is a difficult thing.
In my opinion, we shouldn't think too much about it, the most important thing now is how we can benefit every day from Bitcoin and this Cryptocurrency.

Once I a believer of this speculations but I realized that having one digital currency globally is a thing that impossible to happen rather the possibility relies only with the same function and use of the dollars.
Yes it is actually a very expensive coin worldwide.
It could be a very expensive coin with very high-level volatility as well but being the world's single currency isn't happening. We must understand that up until now, the world still doesn't have a single fiat currency and there is a reason for that, and even in the end, Bitcoin is adopted globally as in, accepted for payments all over the world, that will just be an individual thing but not a global Government adoption. If you understand how the world economy works, you would understand why.

The trend of bitcoin started in 2008. When prevailing in some group of the United Nations. But after a short time the governments of some countries adopted bitcoin, in 2018 I also read on Google about bitcoin. Says the CEO of Twitter. That bitcoin will be the world's single currency in 10 years:
In early 2018, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey caused quite a stir when he declared, "The world will eventually have one currency, the Internet will have one currency. I personally believe it will be bitcoin." Mr. Dorsey also elaborated on the timeline, saying, "Maybe more than 10 years, but it could go fast. Today bitcoin is prevalent in a lot of countries around the world.  However, this does not mean that it will replace the local currency of the world.

There is no denying that bitcoin has become a single world currency. Many investors and companies have considered bitcoin as an asset and are also doing world wise transactions.
Bitcoin will not be the single world currency under any circumstances. You can't even dream about it. If before the advent of CBDC it was possible to at least think about it, then with the advent of the opportunity for states to use blockchain technology for their national currencies and combine the advantages of cryptocurrencies, the use of cryptocurrencies themselves by states disappears completely.
Bitcoin and other decentralized cryptocurrencies are more likely to be a currency for citizens than for states.

The only good thing that can happen to Bitcoin in terms of adoption is if the governments/ financial institutions of the whole wide world accept it as one of the legal tenders for transaction of business.

I don't think that will happen. Because bitcoin is a digital currency. However, it makes transactions easier in digital times. And of course it is the famous currency of the whole crypto market. But it be the only currency in the world. So it is not possible because the government of many countries have banned crypto in their countries. And others have regulated them by keeping them within the bounds of the law. The government gives more importance to the fiat currency of its country. So in my opinion. It's not possible.

Bitcoin is what is called a cryptocurrency—“money” that is completely virtual and is neither distributed nor regulated by a centralized government. The “crypto” part of cryptocurrency refers to the heavy cryptography (encoding) used to request, confirm, and record the transactions within the context of a decentralized system. The advantage of the system is that two parties can exchange payment without the use of a third party (such as PayPal, VISA, banks, or the federal government) to validate the worth of the currency.

Cryptocurrency by its nature cannot become a single world currency. States will not actively support it or use it in international settlements. To do this, they will have their own CBDC. As for bitcoin, certain problems may arise with this coin in the future, since it has not been improved for a long time and no longer meets the increased needs. For now, its popularity rests on the belief of its holders that its price will continue to rise. When it does not materialize, big problems will begin with bitcoin.
