Some new start up project has minimum and maximum investment plans for everyone and this is a must whether anybody want to invest or no. If your capital is small you may not be eligible to invest even on some of the old projects out there. One can start with any amount but I would say 5000$ is the good amount to start with for Asian & African countries but for the European countries I would say 10,000$ is a good amount to start but one should invest that much amount only that one can afford to lose.
