New poll for Q1 of 2021, I'm curious to see how the voting changes :)
Do you pan to increase or decrease your altcoin holdings?
As the poll question asks; What percentage of your crypto portfolio is in altcoins and why?
Personally I'm only 21% in Altcoins at the moment, with a 11% holding in Ethereum. Quite low risk generally, but planning to increase this to 60-70% if Bitcoin dominance continues to fall. In summer I was nearer 70%, but took profits back into Bitcoin anticipating a correction.
I'm now on 25% altcoins which most of that in Ethereum right now that is paying of nicely. Thinking to increase to 30%+ if Bitcoin dominance can drop back below 60%. More Ethereum looks like a good idea to me right now, defi projects later once they've proven they'd stopped dropping in value.

My wallet is now 100% filled with altcoins like ADA, DOT, TRX, ZEN, DASH,ETH, BNB, KICK, TWT and few other coins and tokens. I have sold all my Bitcoins when price was under $15k. Now acquiring Bitcoin from the start is impossible. So i will increase the above holding coins and tokens as more as i can purchase. I will focus on holding staking coins for future.

51 and 60% is still the high for voting .I have that amount to hold for longterm .Except this i have btc of my other 50% .However why made this cause i love to trade on altcoin which is more volatile .I have got my profit and still holding those amount to get more profit .

Im at 40% percent of my portfolio and the rest is btc Im believe btc will perform very much in this year and so altcoins also but I only allocated lesser percentage into altcoins since btc is much faster in uptrend compared to altcoins but will never know there are altcoins that outperform btc last few months like XLM, who know we can still see some xxxxx in altcoins at altseason.

My portfolio is almost half filled with Ethereum, because I believe that Ethereum will show the best growth in the near future and in 2021. Even in the last 7 days, Ethereum has shown growth twice as much as Bitcoin and has already climbed 65%.

Of bitcoin I went out almost completely. I also focused my attention on ethereum. Well, of course I bought a little Ripple, how could you miss this when everyone was selling) So I'm 91-99%

I hold 91-99% in Alts + 10% in BTC since I first invested in crypto in 2017.
The list of Alts assets is increasing continuously from bounty campaigns, and I have no plans to buy more BTC :)
For me, Alts has a bigger potential than BTC in the long run, and I also love new ideas and solutions from the Alts projects.

I think Ethereum is prime altcoin choice and today if you read news many experts are predicting 10k to 20k peak for ETH during this epic bull season, so things are just heating up now for massive parabolic market.

For serious investment, I am holding 70% Bitcoin and the rest is the top altcoins (30%). I don't include the new coins from bounties on my main investment. I think the main target is still Bitcoin, it is the coin that makes changes in crypto space. Because it is the trend of Bitcoin, I prefer to invest more in Bitcoin.

I'm not really into altcoins right now. My portfolio consists of Ethereum and Bitcoin only. Because I believe in these coins and it is the least risk to keep them.

I currently have about 40% altcoins in my portfolio, mostly in Ethereum, then Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and some DeFi coins. I plan to increase the percentage of altcoins in my portfolio in the next few weeks, but I'm still waiting for the market trend first.

I am 100% in altcoins ,my investment buget is small ,so i decide to invest in altcoins because can gains more profit that investing in bitcoin.

Now in my portfolio there are 100% of altcoins, 50% are in Polkadot and Ether, I have no Bitcoin at all, I think that now fundamental altcoins will be able to show a larger percentage of income

Around 80% of my assets are altcoins.
Because mostly I got the altcoins from bounty rewards and I am still holding them since 2018. I don't know whether they will be precious or not. But at least, I have about 40% of them are top coins.

My 80% of portfolio is in altcoins because I think altcoins are the only way in crypto space which can give us more profit as compared to bitcoin and ethereum so that's why I have divided my portfolio in bnb,link,litecoin, bitcoin cash,ripple etc. Rest 20% is in bitcoin and ethereum.

I think that the answer mine is around 70-80% of all my portfolios. I have many altcoins, moreover, they are new coins or tokens released, However, I also have some top altcoins that are in the top 20 at least. Some are promising but I also realized that some altcoins are worthless

Because of the risk of investing into Altcoins I believe it should not be more than 30% of one's portfolio, 40% Bitcoin and 30% cash reserve, in case of market crash, much money is made during crash because the price move down fast and return back fast. Look at what happened yesterday those that bought the dip are 20% up already

I only have very few altcoins in cryptocurrency because I trade in cryptocurrency very rarely.
I also participate in bounties to earn altcoins too rarely and this is why I only have a little% in my portfolio.
Maybe next time when I have little funds and Bitcoin is cheap, I will buy it for a long term investment.

It depends on everyone's investment style. Many like to keep 100% and stay relaxed for a few years and many like to have 50% and use the other 50% for trading. I am not a holder so I like to trade with my holding to increase my portfolio. Holding is not something that I like about ALTs.

Almost exactly what I thought because I am what you think.
I joined the bounty to get capital in cryptocurrency trading. And this is my first goal when I enter the world of bounties.
After getting a profit, I separated the profit from the bounty proceeds and I withdrew the profit to Fiat to live my life in the real world.

maybe almost all will do what you do, because many are indeed following the bounty for the main purpose of being able to provide additional income, especially since we know that this protracted pandemic is certainly draining all the supplies we have to prioritize more important interests.
if there is excessive bounty acceptance, of course we will separate it to also try, in order to be able to trade, there is always a chance to gain additional profits and that is of course our desire.

100% of my crypto assets are in altcoins because there is no bounty campaign that pays me BTC or satoshi :)
I also prefer altcoins because thanks to the bullrun they are very profitable, 10-100 times more than Bitcoin.

maybe now to hope that a bounty with BTC doesn't seem like it will happen at this price, later after it is likely to fall. Altcoins are also a lot of good ones and have hit a lot of ATH
