'Using ADA or Matic is the good choice as compared to ETH because ETH gas fees is always high and sometimes it's higher than the NTF price, but Cardano and Polygon has a best offering fee.

It is a welcome development, and building NFT on the Cardano network is a great idea. Specifically, NFTs are typically held on the Ethereum blockchain, I think NFT coming on the Cardano Blockchain will boost NFT adoptions. Cardano network has become very popular and it's use to host some of these potential platform ie well deserved.

IMO, doing thorough research before investing in any token is the best thing to do, and investing in projects with great usecases and potentials is another thing to look into. In my search for one, I came across Paragen Launchpad, and their token name is $RGEN, and one of the reasons why I invested in it was because of their staking features and the high apy, and they are already listed on pancakeswap and coinmarketcap. Currently NFTs on Cardano are not as popular as NFTs on Etherem or Solana, but I believe they will become one of the important parts of the Metaverse. If there is a project that becomes the top NFT marketplace in this ecosystem, I think it will gain a lot of users in the future, similar to OpenSea on Ethereum.
