Well, for the community holders of the cryptocurrency who have a backup financially they are not much worry because they can still wait to hold on unto it until the price resume again in the market. But for the holders of cryptocurrency who doesn't have any backup financially, of course they are now worried for sure and looking for others source of income. I agree with that observation because I know a person which is a friend of my friend a novice investor he just enters the crypto market last November when he notice that my friend was hit "bigtime" in the Shiba Inu pumped craze, and now that the market is in BloodBath he was already panic and repeatedly asking about when the market will recover and I find annoying.

Good advice, when market is down, drink coffee and research new projects are good way to do.
I personally join several IDO and collect top coins for my investment, Sure for hold.
I think we will get profit at 2023 or 2024 If buy now and starting to hold.

Everyday I drink coffee like 3-4 times regardless of the crypto market condition. It’s my habit anyways. However, I am drinking sugar-less and low carb coffee everyday (even customized keto Starbucks frappucino).
Here’s my habit:
After brunch: San Mig sugar-free coffee added with either powdered stevia or monk fruit sweetener
Evening: Customized keto Starbucks frappucino or keto iced coffee from a local ketogenic store (not everyday)
Beyond mignight: Nescafe Decaf added with either powdered stevia or monk fruit sweetener
On top of that, I stopped looking at my portfolio or just simply disabling my wallet to reveal my balances and also listening to independent house music (e.g., progressive, melodic, trance, chill, etc.)., and playing my favorite play-to-earn games like Blankos Block party.
The reason I am not kinda emotional even if the market is down is because I never left my online work (even if there’s a pay cut) and diversifying my multiple income streams such as doing videos for projects, live or pre-recorded AMAs and interviews, signature campaigns, airdrops and bounty programs, etc.

Well, I'm a coffee lover, I most often drink 3x a day even before I go to bed I drink this one. Especially, when I am in front of my desktop due to it helps me to relieve my stress and help me to make myself feel relax and calm. Moreover, I like herbal coffee which is good for the health hehe..
