Alabama and several other U.S. states are investigating alleged securities violations and connections with retail investors.

I think that investigation is very necessary to limit corruption and other fraudulent activities within the ecosystem. Honestly, the crypto organisations/individuals required thorough investigations unto some financial recklessness to help the continuous growth of the industry.
