ICO is an Initial Coin Offering, similar to the IPO of a company that issues shares to be sold to the general public, ICO sells coins or tokens to the public to raise funds for the development of a start-up project.
please give opinions about Tips and tricks for buying coins / tokens via ICO ????

Yes, you are right here. You can choose an ICO for investment as normal share industry. You can take ICO knowledge from their website and facebook, twitter, linkedin, telegram etc. So if you think that ICO tokens are more appropriate for you to buy you can enjoy in it.
