In one way or the other, you are assuming things about the future of the market on the basis of its past movements. It is risky but this is how it needs to be done. So, read charts daily and plan your moves accordingly.

Capital Wallet is also a good exchange. They offer plenty of cryptocurrencies at lower trading costs. Moreover, the exchange is regulated by AUSTRAC.

Thank you for the list of podcasts and books! I am currently reading The Infinite Machine by Camila Russo. I sometimes listen to 'Unchained' and 'What Bitcoin Did' podcasts, both of which are fun and entertaining. I will consider the other ones mentioned too.

Bitcoin has a great influence on other coins. This is mainly because both are just the clones of bitcoin. Many investors also regard bitcoin as a reserve currency for cryptocurrencies.

The crypto market is a bit bumpy right now. It is better to invest in cryptos having good market caps.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: HOLDING VS TAKING PROFITS

Because of the current market situation, I have turned into a hodler. Bitcoin is in a downtrend and there is no guarantee when it will bounce back. Since then, I am keeping my bitcoins safe and hoping that it doesn’t go any further down.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: How Much Money Do You Make From Trading?

It takes a lot of heart to make a big profit. As your profits depend on the amount you put at risk, you must be thoughtful about the amount you are putting at risk. It will take time for you to start making huge gains but that is completely fine because trading is a lifelong skill.

Crypto Wallets / Re: Wallet to Keeping your Crypto Safe?

Whether to use a cold wallet or a hot wallet depends on personal preference. As for me, I use both types of wallets: ledger nano x and capitalwallet.

I support altcoins because these coins, which were produced after Bitcoin, frequently offer themselves as superior substitutes for the most popular cryptocurrency. Nearly 40% of the entire bitcoin industry is made up of altcoins.

Yes because Altcoins have improved and strengthened the technology while also lowering transaction costs. Additionally, a more stable coin was required. Bitcoin's value has a history of experiencing extreme volatility.

You can always share your password and give access to one person in your family, in case anything may happen to you. Although, you have to be careful who you trust with this information. Beware of hackers, so it’s better to tell someone close to you so you can secure your family’s needs, too.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Welcome to the Bear Market.

I think it’s best to buy during a bear market. Shifts will continue to happen, that is normal in market terms. Protect your coins by buying during this time, and hold until your goals are met. It will recover, just stay alert.

Where both long term and short term trading strategies have their own sets of pros, it’s best to make a decision on the basis of what fits your requirements the most. You must understand what you are doing and ideas will start coming up in your mind.

It’s great to become a part-time crypt trader. You can do your job and trade your favourite cryptocurrencies as per your availability and the money that you can put at risk. There are no restrictions on this.
