Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is Bitcoin mining currently profitable.?
« on: March 14, 2020, 09:33:35 AM »
I'm just an observer and in my opinion, BTC mining is not much a profitable thing these days because of the increase in electricity prices and the mining rig itself is kind of expensive. I guess mining is still good for those who already have their equipment running and installed solar panels to cover the electricity but for new miners, it is much better if you find other options.

There are plenty of ways to get Bitcoin instantly provided you have funds to buy some at any crypto exchanges.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Ways of earning ETH for free
« on: March 14, 2020, 09:08:22 AM »
As far as I know, there is no way to earn free ETH nowadays. Bounty and airdrops are usually the trend as you can exchange the coin to ETH after it has been listed in the market. Mining is okay too but you need to spend some money on a mining rig for that to happen. Not sure if ETH mining is still profitable.

^That's also what I think. People only need to buy necessities so they tend to exchange their crypto assets into fiat so they can use it. Unfortunately, most of the investment has a low value these days because of the decline in prices. I hope this would really be over soon.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: People are been affected by FOMO.

I bought at $9k so I am still hodling because I know it is temporary. It would be awesome if I still have spare money to spend but I only allow a few bucks for this so let's just be patient. This challenge will also pass.

I think it's FUD at a highest level. People are dumping their coins converting it to fiat since they need to buy their needed commodities as they need to stock goods at home if ever there will be a lockdown, which is already happening in some countries where confirmed cases are in a hundred to a thousand level now.

So I guess it is a cause and effect thing. Low rates will give us more chances to buy at a coin's lowest rate, only if we have extra money to spend.

There's too many that I lost count. I am not sure where to check which ones are available as not all are handled by one exchange. Some coins get listed on other exchanges and gets known depending on popularity  ;D Anyway, just be sure to only buy the good ones, some are only shit coins that get listed without a value in the long run.

General Discussion / Re: Trading or Bounty?
« on: March 12, 2020, 08:22:23 AM »
Definitely trading. Based on experience you won't be able to earn $200 per month in doing bounty campaigns. There's a huge risk in doing trading but if you're able to learn and probably predict the trend you'll earn more than your target amount. Just be prepared of the loss though especially if you're going to trend these days as there is an economic problem related to the spread of the virus, it is much better to start with trading after this problem is over.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: BTC ATM globally.
« on: March 12, 2020, 02:31:06 AM »
If most of the country's government allows the use of cryptocurrency, it is most likely that we will be able to see BTC ATM in every crowded place. Unfortunately, now is still not a good time as we are facing economic decline. There may be some movements which are an advantage for cryptocurrencies like unbanning it from India and South Korea but I guess with the issue regarding COVID-19, it won't become much popular and the effect is somewhat unnoticed.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: BTC hit 8400$ in just two days.
« on: March 11, 2020, 03:12:11 PM »
In two days? I doubt that. I think the highest it got this week was $8153 based on my app tracker.  We have economic problems now because of the virus, so it is like a domino effect. After a day it is currently at $7800 so I doubt that it will do as you predicted tomorrow. Let's just pray and hope that this crisis will be over soon so we can get back to our regular lives.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Where are we now?

This virus problem has really affected the whole world and it seems that it doesn't plan to stop yet!
We were one of those who are affected after the China outbreak and after a month of dealing with it and where I thought that the trouble has subsided already, we have new cases as of today, as far as I know, it is 49 positive cases now. I thought that it is because the temperature here is high, we are safe but it's not.

I check how is the crypto exchanges every day through my phone and I often feel excited that it is on the green but looking at the numbers, it isn't something to be happy about. I really hope that this virus problem ends quickly.

Sounds good and very tempting but I have trust issues so I'd probably check the reputation first. I'd probably try a small amount first to test the waters and follow him to look for more proof of transaction. I'd tried exchanging a while back and so far my experience was good so I prefer person to person transaction but I think this is not recommended for newbies so better just find a legit company to exchange your coins to USD as this is very risky.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Crypto Free Airdrops Are Good or Not?
« on: March 08, 2020, 04:02:15 PM »
My opinion if someone wants to get to know crypto without having to buy, it's enough to just try to join airdrop and bounty. Or researching how crypto is used and invested.

You have a point there. If you're a newbie and doesn't have funds to invest into crypto, joining airdrops and bounty campaign is a good option. It will take time and effort but for a starter, this is a good move. You'll eventually learn everything once you get the hang of it. Just don't expect that you'll earn big though as most recent project often turns to shit coins with no value at all after several months of its ICO.
