I've been meaning to ask this question all along because lots of people have got different views on what is needed to be actively involved in crypto. Here are some of these tools mentioned:

1. Basic crypto knowledge
2. A reputable CEX for trading
3. A secure wallet for storage and other DeFi trades
4. A twitter account/ following verified crypto handles
5. A crypto mentor

Which of these do you think is not necessary or what else should be added as per basic tools?
Feel free to join the conversation...

My pf has always been a mix odf DeFi tokens, p2e tokens and reputable exchange at atime depending on the trend. For instance, ETH, MAVIA, SOL and BGB are my priorities for now
Are you sure with Mavia coin its new coins launch yesterday and had good progress price pump drastically since dropping around $2 and today breaking out to $8. For short term is not bad ideas investing in Mavia coin but I doubt your decision to invest with new coins exactly Mavia had platform with gaming coins difficult existing for long term. Many gaming coins platform have drop price drastically and be careful if you want make Mavia as long term investing coin exactly has raise higher price right now and still not many top exchange already for listing this coins.

Nah, not long term really. Gotta watch the price movement till it peaks, then take 75% of my investment out. For the rest, I'll also take profit from time to time; that's my strategy.

The mantra is "invest only what you can afford to loss" in crypto if you're a newbie. Although, my modus operandi is; if I'm well immersed in the project, I can actually invest more but not hugely. Also there are some defi activities that I can invest in too like liquidity provision and node running on blockchain.

KCGI is one of the biggest trading competition in the space where the best industry traders meet every year to compete for a huge prize pool. Though this is my first I intend participating as a team member, at the same time, I'm contemplating going in for futures rather than spot majorly because of the recent tides of the market. I feel TA could easily show the direction of the market in a bear like this.

Anyways, the prize pool for the competition this time around is huge(a total of $2.65million). This prize features:
1. an airbus
2. an iPhone 15 pro max
and other cash prizes.

Oh! Lest I forget, the competition is held by Bitget exchange!!

Looking at the increased technicalities in mastering trading techniques and also the overall sentiments/trends of the crypto markets right now, do you think a lot of people will prefer to trade via copy-trading?

Do you think a lot of people now think it's safer and more profitable relying on a professional traders running the trade for them?

Share your thoughts!!

Looking at the article from Cointelegraph, Nansen and graphic analytics from TokenInsight about the latest success of Bitget after integrating BitKeep wallet ranking now among the top four largest cryptocurrency exchanges by trading volume (approximately $666 billion), it is obvious that the use of wallets is becoming more popular and important in the world of crypto. 2 of the first 3 also have their own wallet (Binance – Trust wallet; OKX – OKX wallet). That has also spurred the rebranding of bitget which has got bitkeep renamed as Bitget wallet and their slogan now changed to “trade smarter”.

Personally, this should be good news to the crypto world as the crash of FTX is now replaced by another high performing exchange which has highlighted the success of copy-trading that has helped new and reluctant traders to trade with high percentage of success.
Technically speaking, there have been a lot of debate about regulating the crypto industry for the benefit of increasing people’s confidence and reliance on the space and lots of countries have kickstarted that process already including UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, USA and many more.

My take though is that while regulation may take away its decentralized nature, it’ll also bring more sanity and confidence to a whole lot of crypto native and non-crypto natives alike.

Please do share your thoughts about the drive for crypto relevance  and success

If I had such fund, I'll dedicate 60% to investing in tokens like Ether, XRP & Litecoin and staking (for passive income growth) and 40% goes into daily trading (copy-trading is an option for noobs though)

Haha! Historically, it's been a hit in the upward trajectory and that has always been the thread in crypto space. Personally, I think with the Ripple triumph against SEC and the news of possible BTC spot ETF scheduled to go live in America & Europe and maybe the relaunch of FTX news, LTC might witness a massive ATH this time around

Have we got it listed on CMC and CG already? Need to check it out because am a DeFi enthusiast and having another LSD protocol like Lybra might just strengthen the Ethereum ecosystem more.

Anyways goodluck to early holders on the listed platform

Well, listing date hasn't been confirmed yet and that might be liquidity-dependent.
Mode of participation involves signing up, hodl BGB in your portfolio between June 29 and July 4, commit those BGB to launchpad on July 5. Then you get your presale TYPE tokens

TypeIt is a project that aims to increase the adoption of Web3 by use of virtual keyboard integrated with NFT. I've been following this project for more than a year now and it seems to use the fact that almost everyone uses keyboard to endear the project to everyone meaning you earn while typing.
It's tokenomics and vesting schedule also makes it almost impossible to have a negative price effect though nothing is impossible in the crypto space. So, always do your own research before taking any step.

The launchpad centres around BGB holders as exchange for TYPE at the end of the launchpad

Oh yeah! Airdrops are actually goldmine and my favourites are CandyBomb and BGB super airdrop. I've got lots of income from there

Hmm! Nice for you but have you tried Bitgetglobal P2P services? They even give you some USDT reward when you make a transaction as a new user on the platform and it's superfast and secure too

What I do is to do an extensive research on projects with crypto solutions, put them on my watchlist on my favourite exchange (which is actually Bitget and OKX), then begin a strategic DCA plan.
But sometimes it could be a new project I've been following for a long time like TypeIt (TYPE) or some DeFi projects like APT.
But if you are a trader, I recommend you backtest your Technical Analysis before you go on and trade
