It must be like that because of every project there must be a failure and that also needs an assessment or filter before plunging into the world of cryptocurrency, including bounties.
I also looked at myself where I saw a lot of projects that I followed ended in failure.

Industry is the key to success. For being successful in any work. hard working is essential. It is possible to make easy a very difficult things by hard working. So who expect that they will be a gainer in the different campaign of the forum without working hard is a day dreamer. How much you will be success depends on how much industry you are doing.

Unfortunately, I can’t say right now that bounty hunters have a lot of work to do. There are still very few new ICO projects. The same situation is in other similar forums. However, you can still work, given the possibility of simultaneous participation in social network campaigns.

Well to be honest, after participating in multiple campaigns and working hard, like you said, it feels really bad if in the end the project scams, cuts stakes or rewards or pay penneys, these are the reasons why most of the community members are discouraged and now we see less and less participants in campaigns.

campaigns aren't the way to get good money for a living... people should think about their main job first of all, and after that - about additional income. I think that campaigns take too much time. so, it would be better to spend time in other ways. for yourself, for education, for family. and get passive income, market offer different ways such as staking, gekkoin deposits, could mining etc.

Hard work don't kill my people, so many are complaining about not making enough these days in campaigns, if you really want to make something out of campaign these days, you need to be hard working, you need to get involve in every aspect, Signature, Social media, articles and many other things you can do in a campaign. As far as I know, some of us are still making something out of campaign but it takes hardwork.

But not all hunters are knowledgable about writing content, Signature, and some Social Media works are just fine it just an easy task to do. but writing content is another story and not that easy, it should follow the required guidelines it must be unique and not copypaste/plagiarized thing like that. so hard work is not an issue here mate but the skill.

Still, it's possible that you do not get what you should get after working that many times and with so much effort. Actually its the economic condition that is very bad these days investors are not interest to put their money in an uncertain place where there is no guarantee that even they will get their investment back at least.

Ofcource , hardwork always bring a good success . Everybody should be do hard work in begining , when we have good experience then we should focus on smart work but remember hard work is key of success .

In addition to working hard in doing Bounty, we must also be good at choosing and doing research on a Bounty.  It's useless day and night to work on the Bounty, but the Bounty that we do is a bad Bounty and it will eventually SCAM.  Doing research, and choosing a legitimate Bounty is the first capital in participating in the Bounty campaign, only then do we do it more seriously to get more money.

I know the feeling of those who are working on Bounty projects and not getting money. I also experienced it, but I wouldn't give up. Working on multiple Signature campaigns, article/YouTube creation, and social media is crucial to work on. Because if one of several Bounty projects that we work on to make money, of course, a lot of money we will get. Yes, I do agree that hard work pays because there are no kind of things in life like an easy life. We must be very hardworking for the sake of our lives when it comes to work. If you don't get any credits or payments in the hard work that you have been made, it is normal don't expect for it in short amount of time because it is take time we must also be patient for it just focus to continue to hardwork and give everything you've got because it is also for you.

Very true if you want to get money and prizes that many must do all the tasks and do it as much as possible every day. But if a lot of bounties and airdrops fail or scam will make a lot of losses, especially wasting time
