It means that all the factors (number of posts, activity factor, etc.) required to become a SR. Member are secret. It is possible (I am not sure) that it depends on factors that we do not know. You shouldn't think too much about it either, contributing regularly to the forum will make you rank up easily, it's definitely the best way to do it.

There are too many secrets and complications around ordinary forum features. I spent an hour searching about forum ranks, and the necessary conditions for certain ranks and this is the closest I found.
Here, for example, it is completely unclear to me why, for example, user KryptoBull has reached the limit of 2000 activities and cannot progress any further. He even has 117382 points, but that is not enough. Which rule prevents him from having higher activity?

It is normal for the counter to lock when it reaches 2,000 posts (@KryptoBull counter is now working again as you can see), is something that all users have gone through (all those who have reached that amount, of course), and it is totally normal. If I remember correctly, a few days later my meter was working again without problems. It is a mechanism to avoid spam and abuse, nothing abnormal.
