Seems like he is totally newbie. No any idea even a forum like this.  I suggest @hack3rcon I suggest you to read the forum and go to basic question section before posting or creating any topic that is probably answered.

As he is a newbie, he should not find out any new coin right now nor he should try to trade. Because he still don't know the basic of crypto and how to analysis a coin position . What we should suggest him that , let's learn the basic , try to know every step of crypto .And later he should learn trading, as if he learn about trading , he can do trade  , investment easily without depending on someone else.
