Well, I am holding now different altcoin and from them I am holding most FORM token that total form called Formation FI. I have hold this coin for long term just because of its cross chain first dex that will ensure you to convert your any network crypto to other crypto without using any network bridge.

Very good EOS projects, which is now in very poor condition, it is unclear why, the price for it is very low, it makes sense to invest in this project. A very good Tron project, everyone uses it when withdrawing from the exchange, such a project will always be successful as Dogecoin.

I think the coins you have mentioned so far that are very suitable for long-term investment are XRP, BNB and EOS, these three coins are still very cheap in price and have the potential to be very expensive so you should not miss the opportunity when cheap prices like this buy as much as you can.

BTC, ETH , BNB are my favourite coins for investment.
I also invest in several new coins, But it's more risk, I didn't want to share those.
Maybe you can buy SOL and DOT. Those are good coins.
