I don't know when LKR will reach my target or will do 10x, but im sure it will happen because it is a solid project that is being worked on by a dedicated team.

When I see such questions, I usually dont give suggestions, but rather tell what is in my portfolio. Giving suggestions isnt good, because in case of failure, people will blame you for loosing money. One of altcoins I am currently holding is Matic. It is popular now, Matic is in trends. I saw how after market price drop, Matic was one of the first to recover price loss. And by the time others recover their prices and reaches ATH, Matic ( I hope) will get a lot.

Holding for a whole year, I do not think its a great idea. coin usually go down after a 2 or 3 months pump and then get back to there orignal state where they started. I will advise you to buy at dump like the time now and sell it when pump starts..

Altcoins are good decision to hold and kept for long time of period because you know that it will enhance the chances of your profit to make cash so if you buy altcoin and hold it then after few years it will give you tremendous success. As you stated that bitcoin price is lowering so remember that market is not stable so it is sure that price will goes above and may be low. This situation is for all the coin of Crypto.
