In the past 6 years, I learn patience and that is the most important thing that plays a major role in your crypto trading or holding. It is easy to say avoid panic but some panic in investor's or trader's minds is always there due to the high volatility of the market and it's always a bad decision when selling in panic. We should avoid panicking whenever there is negative news if we all do not react to negative news then the impact of negative news will not be much. I am a experienced trader and I learned to remain calm during the bear market.

As we know the sudden dump caused by China that announced crypto transaction is illegal, created a massive damage rapidly. And declined the hope to see BTC price at $100k this year.

Nevertheless, as what others speculate this matter. They believe this is not new anymore as is this activity seems will happen repeated year after year. Maybe they would love to accumulate more crypto as much as they can while the market dump.

Are you panicking every time there's negative news about Crypto?

Sure, I always calm when face teh negative issue or FUD.
I have invested in bitcoin and crypto since 2014 and always face many negative issue.
Bitcoin has been banned at several countries etc

the market is uncertain, and FOMO and FUD are basic human tendencies but during dip convert some of your volatile cryptos into stable coins,  try not to panic, and have long-term thinking and HODLing. look for opportunities and trade within your means.

I think it took me 3 years minimum to react calmly on every price drop and dont consider every further gain as a market recovery. I think the best way to avoid panic, is to have a stable financial position IRL, situation when your fiat funds cover all your need. Then all market fluctuations does not bother much.

That's what I do. I get my offline job providing my fiat needs while the crypto market thrashes on in its throes, while I watch, sipping on my chilled margarita or pina colada. Thats how I roll

Yeah, we should have real job, not only gain income from crypto currency.
We will see the FUD severy time, but don't worry crypto currency market will recover again.
