I won't explain what're the lpads,it's already explanied. Imo there are tons of quality Lpads on blockchain but you more important one is the project that's going to launch. For me I appreciate KaizenFinance for their high-standart selection mechanism. They are not launching tons of projects but when they launch you know it's going to be good enough for investment.
