Handwork has been the key so far in Nigeria, seeing many unemployed youth today those without handwork suffers mostly.nigeria, culture belief has pass down through generations and it's seen as the foundation for personal success. Omo make I explain this things better for our understanding this Nigeria you see so if you no get hardwork my brother you go suffer look around you how many graduate you see so no work, the one wen manage get work sometimes no better salary how them go pay who get family 40k for month you gats pay your rent, pay children sch fees, then before you go think of feeding everyday.  I will advise many young people growing up to try get hand work before you proceed with your education e go help you I swear. Some of the handwork, like talioring, Barber, programming, hairdresser. Etc with this skills in Nigeria my brothers and sisters hungry no go kill you again. Because the way the country be so them no value ur degree at all na who know person them dey employe oo.

As the country be so, the value of handwork now dey feed some people, if no be handwork wey some learn or wey parents force some of their children to learn come they dey helpful for them now, as work no too dey for our country so, na handwork some people dey take dey hold their side. For example as hairstyles be wetin people dey do everyday, if person go learn am as handwork come open e shop, e go dey make hair everyday by so doing e dey make e money, even carpenter self follow including tailor, them plenty so na e make e dey advisable to get hand work, so na if we no see better work, we use wetin we know best dey help ourselves, na this kind thing we our people talk say " if the desireable is not available, the available becomes the desireable".

Hard work or diligence is good, but you can see many people working hard which are not as rich as some people. Life is not only about hard work. You need to think of ways the work can be simple and earn you better money. Also some people will work hard but prefer to spend the money on women and enjoyment. They will work hard but those that did not work as hard as them will have a better life. Also it is worth knowing that exposure is also important.

Working smart is better than working hard, hard
work has not make anyone rich, for example if hard worker have make anyone rich what about the people carrying timber, have you seen anyone rich? I believe working smart is better than working hard. Only smart workers get rich not hard workers, that's my opinion.

I disagree with you,, because working hard doesn't mean only physical or manual efforts, but it means continues working also, working smart and working hard is always hand in hand, and if you do not look at it critically, you will definitely get confused with the both of them.
Working hard means continuous efforts, and also if you're working hard you have to apply wisdom and work smart also. For example if a student is preparing for exam, you can tell he or she to work or read hard, which mean continuous reading.
