After getting token we waiting for exchange arrangement, when exchange ready then we face a trouble because exchange buy order are price is very low hence I don't sell tokens.

You can sell half of it, and when a coin grows, say, two or three times, you can sell it all. My opinion is that you don't have to sell everything at once.

I have been with crypto-bounties for almost a year now and what I notice is whenever bounty rewards are distributed, bounty hunters immediately sells the token. So I suggest you sell them and you can buy them back after price decrease. That way, if you were planning to HODL the token, you get the chance to get more of that token by dump-and-buyback. Trust me, you don't want to see getting a token valued at $100 USD and the next day it became $20 USD due to dumps.

Of course not, first you need to watch the best course of the coin and then you may decide to hold for some time. Maybe the course of that coin will rise after two or three months.

I also keep all my ICO coins, got from doing bounties and airdrops. I think the same with you to sell it when the prices reach the ICO rate or almost reach it. I don't expect to much for the increase more than ICO rate, if the price can be 75% from ICO rate, I will sell them directly.

It all depends on the quality of the product and how it sets goals. If this is a one-day project, then I advise you to sell.

I think that it's not so easy to judge a token especially in this particular bad period. Personally I hold only coins which I believe in, others I try to sell them as fast as I can even if their price is lower than ICO or PREICO price if something make me thing that this project will fail in next future.
