Karma is giving it to you if have a quality post, but only senior member can give it to you, and karma you can convert it to alts but karma it is not really important  in this forum,unlike other forum they required for your rank.

Karma is a kind of reward system given by the administrator for good quality post however it is only for those who got positive karma which has an equivalent of 10 ALTT coins and can be converted into real money. Negative karma is given to those who had bad quality of postings as well. Only Seniors and above ranks can give these two.

For me, earning karma is like gaining respect or rewards of making quality post and only member with higher ranks can give karma.

Karma is a form of rewarding members of the forum for good and quality posts and threads. In helping and sorting out trash/spam/scam within the forum will give you karma. In time to come, the karma will be of great use and importance to ranking up of members, like the bitcointalk forum.

The bounties that are run here should give extra pay for signature participants with + Karma. I won't sell them for ALTS. I don't think it is worth it since they so difficult to come by and ALTS you get just by collecting points you already get for posting here. We need some new campaigns here.

In my own assessment of this topic, Karma is like positive trust on bitcointalk. But their difference is that on bitcointalk
if you are only an ordinary member you cannot able to give Positive trust where here is KARMA. So I think, giving here a Karma
are applicable if your rank is Sr. member and above, that's what I understood about the rules they have it here.
