Warning level is lowering automatically for several days by itself. No need of lowering it manually. If a user is not added to a special group, it has very temporary effect if to increase his warning level. You need to do it over and over again and again. Otherwise premoderation will overcome in several days by itself.

I know that the level is reduced automatically, what I meant is that if a particular user stops breaking the rules (that's why I said I doubt it) I could reduce it manually. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, but that does not mean that we should leave a lot of time between doing one thing or another. You can see the proof in the number of users with many rule breaking posts now having their posts moderated.

Much more I'm interested in those ones who are bots, shillers and spammers who got a second chance and realised it. I see no one single success story about those ones who looked like bots, shillers and spammers from the very begining. But well okay, I don't really need any answer as when I open last 100 posts on the forum for last 6 hours (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=recent) I see the real answer: staying friendly with intruders we lost mostly all natural users. People are no more interested in talking and discussing about crypto in here.

90% of the people who write in the forum is because they are participating in some signature campaign, it is a fact. I opened several suggestions (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=358.0) to attract new users to the forum, but have not received any response. We can attract new users to the forum, but for that we must work together. Forum token is available in BSC for a while now, we can use social media to use it.
