I think It is true. Ethereum is the King of ICO now. But there is several potential altcoins, like NEO, EOS, Waves.

Ethereum is smart contract and the King of ICO.But for now There is many potential altcoin. I think It will replace ethereum the future.

Most likely Ethereum is not always the king of the ICO. Because there will come a lot of coins that become a heavy rival for Ethereum in the future and become a rival in the ICO. So that the condition of Ethereum could be threatened and could not last much longer in the ICO. But all of that is just a possibility and there are many other speculations here.
