Not matter with how small and huge amount of investing is safe or not but depend on right time when investing, I agree with you current bitcoin price raise up and better wait awhile for investing exactly huge amount.
Risk in cryptocurrency investment is very close exactly not make research or checking with bitcoin have reached higher price or not before investing.
Likely best time to buy is after halving but if want invest right now better try to order with little lower price under $50k. Hold and waiting next time bullish for bitcoin before or after halving to get most significant profitable.

To me bull run started when bitcoin cross 25k and it's all depends when you invested in bitcoin before we can say bitcoin is in bear run or bull run, for example those who invested when bitcoin was 5k can basically say bitcoin is still bullish except Bitcoin has fallen below their purchased prices then at this point that person can say bitcoin is on bear run. Bull season has been initiated but all the time we cannot predict about bull season based on 40k$ or above but remember that if we see a continues gain in bitcoin price then we are entered into Bull season. Continues gain here does not means that we will not see dump but it means that dump will not be longer and we will forget it after each pump.

You can find out your profit or loss by comparing your buying price and current price Bd then it will be easy for you to decide. Now we can say that we are in bull run because you have experience that how lower the price of bitcoin was like that of 26k$ but now its achievements is appreciable so we can term this period as the start of bull run.

You are right, the Bullrun will occur after the bitcoin halving is completed and we will see the start of the bull run, peaking when the bitcoin bullish season hits a new ATH. that's what usually happens during this time, it could be up to a year after the halving.

Actually we can never be sure with great accuracy where we are now, but from what we predict this has not yet reached the halving and thus surely bitcoin is heading there and when bictoin will reach its ATH again that will be the question, we only predict and analyze.

Yes the coin you mentioned is indeed worth buying and being in our wallet. I'm sure we will be able to feel the benefits if we hold it, of course with patience.
