Binance is down amidst the fall of the crypto market. The crypto exchange tweeted that they are experiencing some order placement related issues.

Massive MARKET wide dumping, Binance, the largest exchange, all of a sudden has problems implementing trades. Funny how this happens on the dot-like clockwork.
