How do you see the lawsuit against ripple. Does ripple stands the chance to win??

If ripple have a good lawyer to argue their case for them, then I think the case will easily be thrown out of court

Of course. The fact that a lawsuit has been issued against you does not mean one has lost. Ripple only need a good lawyer to defend their case and that will be all.
