I think this depends on person to person. Because right now i am having less funds to invest in crypto and i will always look for good opportunity to buy any project at cheap rate. This is why i think the best time to buy crypto is when the market goes down. I rather to buy in dip price that's the perfect time to buy but if you planning to hold for long term then this is the right time to buy because cryptocurrency will still increasing without a limit. So bitcoin will still increasing even it was already reached the all time high but I believe it will still increase until reaching $100k price.
