Thats why i recommend everyone to use safe hardware wallet because in today’s world many wallet are not open source but I will definitely recommend to use the wallet that is open source like OneKey but why only one key when there are other option available in the market because it is the open source wallet available in the market. Also it’s been backed up up by Coinbase. So anybody don’t have to care about the security and risk and it also has every other feature that a modern wallet need like Bluetooth, connectivity, NFC connectivity and also type C connectivity. There are different type of features available. In this wallet you can check it out on the official website for more.
Most popular wallet from one key is one key classic and one key touch. You can check it out on their official website. If you want to save, got your Krypto and the most popular and modern wallet.

I'm sorry to hear about the situation people're facing with scammers sending fake hardware wallets, especially in the aftermath of the Ledger data breach. It's unfortunate that such incidents can lead to increased risks for users.

In light of these security concerns, it's crucial to prioritize the safety of your digital assets. When choosing a hardware wallet, consider OneKey open source hardware wallet. OneKey stands out in the market due to its commitment to security and transparency.

OneKey utilizes open source technology, ensuring that its codebase is accessible and scrutinizable by the community. This not only adds an extra layer of trust but also allows the user community to actively contribute to the improvement of the wallet's security features.

Moreover, OneKey employs advanced security protocols, including secure element technology, advanced encryption, and robust key management practices. These measures collectively contribute to providing a secure environment for storing your cryptocurrencies.

Always be vigilant and avoid engaging with unsolicited emails or messages. If you have any doubts or concerns about the legitimacy of a hardware wallet, reach out to the official channels of the respective company, ensuring that you are using authentic and secure devices.

Stay safe and secure in your crypto endeavors.

At the moment I attempted to use the link you provided, the Cointelegraph site was down.

In my opinion, the security breach issue arose when Ledger decided to change the protocol governing 'seed phrase'. Introducing a backdoor to something that should be sealed has encouraged intruders to find malicious ways to gain access.

Honestly, I believe Ledger might lose its standing in the crypto industry. Protocols should remain steadfast, akin to laws. I hope they find a resolution to the situation.

I think that such attacks will positively push the purchase of an airgapped hardware wallet, as there is a screen and all the operations take place inside the wallet, and all you need in the application is to broadcast the transaction after you sign it. Also, Ledger’s reputation has been severely damaged this year, and they must strive to make things move positively for their benefit, otherwise there are  Better and cheaper alternatives.

Well, such attacks by hackers on hardware wallets are alarming. That's why hackers still seem to be able to think about that hardware wallet. It's like, if we think about it, there are no safe hardware wallets, but when we buy them, HD is expensive, and it's still prone to hackers.

But I hope that such problems will be fixed in that matter. These hackers are really good at fake platforms, so we should be sensitive and prudent as holders of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency.
