The transition of projects to BSC is only a temporary phenomenon and I think that after the launch of eth-2.0, many will return back to the Ethereum blockchain.  The prospects and potential for Ethereum are enormous.

I also think it's too early to know how things will change when it is finally released. If the latest news is true (and it seems that it is) until the end of 2022 we will not see anything solid in terms of development, everything said so far could change at any time. I think the most logical thing to do is to improve Ethereum (with the next hard fork that will definitely solve the problems of high transaction fees) and we will see what happens to ETH 2.0 when its launch time comes.

Agree with you mate. All of our opinion and ideas toward Eth 2.0 are all invalid until the official launch day. So far good to share our own opinions to what would be the possible scenarios to come. Hopefully we are right in our perspective to solve some major issues.

Well, I see several projects have migrated to BSC because ERC20 gas fee is so high.
But I see several investors and projects still believe Eth 2.0 will solve the gas fee problem.
If eth 2.0 can solve this problem, I think several BSC projects will go back to ERC20.

ETH 2.0 will help solve many problems - fees will decrease, trust in the network will return, new startups will go mainly to ETH. Miners will be phased out from the block processing mechanism and replaced by stakers. Thus, the era of mining will end.
