It is a good news for Ethereum users. However, will this achievement influence ICOs to have better future in this year? What do you think guys?

Ethereum is now really growing in value and is good information for bounty hunters. However, this growth may be temporary, before making improvements and two forks - ETCV and ETN. If the ethereum price does not fall again by the end of January, then of course, this will have a positive effect on the activities of ICO in the future.

We cannot expect for the improvement through ETCV and ETN. Those actually caused the price reduction in the end of January till beginning of this month. People seem very disappointed with those hard forks. But it is rising today because people still have another hope on Constantinople.

My knowledge of ETCV is a SCAM.

I still remember when I moved all of my Ethereum from Binance to MyEtherWallet.
After that happened I was dumbfounded and regretted that ETCV was a SCAM.

I think that yes, the situation with ICO has deteriorated sharply as soon as the market began to reach the bottom and many projects were not ready for this, as a result of which they had to either close or pause and most likely the situation would improve as soon as Ethereum grows more and more.  !

It may have an effect. A lot of ICOs that were launched on the Ethereum platform have either extended or suspended their campaign due to the slow market. With Eth and the market recovering, there's a good chance that more people will now participate in the token sales.

It was already proven that those hard forks were scam. It caused negative impacts to Ethereum price at the last month [January, 2019].
But I have a different view on Constantinople. I guess this fork can be trusted and possibly boost Ethereum price.

It is not about the downtrend, at least ETH has already come back to second place. I think the price will continue to increase anymore.
I don't think it is no need to reach the bullrun to see the effect of ETH improvement on ICOs. I see the ICOs influenced by good trend of ETH currently.

I am afraid if there will be a good day for ICO this year yet STO and IEO become favorite currently. I believe that ICO can survive, but most people look like to not be interested in ICOs as long as there are no changes in its security. ICO needs some changes to improve.
