英国FCA有望2020年初决定是否禁止比特币和加密货币的衍生品交易

据《The Economist》报道，一项提案已经提上日程，英国监管机构有望在明年初决定是否禁止比特币和加密货币的衍生品交易。英国金融市场行为监管局(FCA)，它有义务保护散户投资者，并估计，在2018年初加密货币崩溃期间，英国人使用加密货币衍生品损失了4.92亿美元。尽管加密资产是一项风险极高的投资，但国际律师事务所Orrick的Jacqui Hatfield表示，没有合法理由把数字资产的衍生品交易单独挑出来。伦敦数字资产管理公司CoinShares首席战略官Meltem Demirors指出，这样的禁令可能会对整个加密生态系统造成影响。
