What motivate gambler's to gamble more on weekends?

Weekend is for free time and space to ease up the stress of weekdays, and as gambler's we tend to set aside alot of time and money to gamble with on weekends, most especially sports bets and other casino games that interest us.

But what confuses me more is in the area of choosing a day as on weekends to gamble and not on week day,s even those that work remotely also endurge in this weekend surge.
This lead me to ask the questions
1: why do you gamble on weekends?

2: why not choose other days to gamble instead of following that traditions?

People gamble everyday and that is just a simple truth. However the surge is much during the weekends and the reason for that you have also captured in the opening topic. Weekend is see  in different countries as the days for resting after all the tedious work during he weekdays. Apart from the resting day it is seen to be, it is always the free days for outing and visitation. So that is why gamblers use it as their favorite days of gambling. Apart from gambling grocery shops, canteens and inns are also crowded during the weekends.

For sport betting, weekends are always for matches and that is why gamblers concentrate on weekends to have variety of options across the leagues and cash out easily.

People that gambles only on week ends have their own reasons, because some of then might have chance to relax only on weekends, so they play it on weekends only l, while some of them due to how they loose their money often in bets and how addicted they are, they set their betting routines online, on weekends so as to avoid too much loss.
Betting on weekends depends on what the person has as a reason, because there plenty, reasons to do so.

it always depends on how one manages their money, usually they always say to gamble responsibly but most of the time this isn't the case, I know people who gambled small sums every week and then gambled heavily on the weekend, so I think it's a choice of many usually have more fun and more free time on weekends

I gamble both on weekdays and weekends but as you mentioned there is something special if you do this on weekends it's the mindset because there is no work people are relaxing on weekends your body and your mind are tuning in to resting on weekends and people schedule their gambling activity on weekend to shake off the stress of one whole week of work.

Weekends are meant to allow people time to windup, refresh and recover some energy from the week they had, and because this is usually the only time you might have to yourself...this is also the time most games are played and People will gamble on these days as they are spoilt for choice with hundreds of game's...and best part about this is you can be in the company of friends and family and play what you love.

Playing during the week is not so popular because most of the major leagues don't play on these days , which means less known games to the punters/gamblers.

Not sure if even those who have plenty of time in weekdays does not use their time in gambling? like me I gambler depending in my time availability like when I am having off in weekdays so for sure I will use my time to gamble.
and when i have off in weekends then my betting will also change.

At some level we need to know when and how we gamble, and also timing also contribute alot to why we choose when we gamble, and many choose weekends due to their week days title scheduled and weekend free time, amd also most aport bettors are alot of games line ups for weekends.

Both premiere Leagues and championship leagues reserves their best matches for weekends so many sport bets activities happens mostly on weekends, some gambler's will always lookout for weekends to take the bets.

I'm probably one of the weird/odd gambler because I do not look forward to gambling during weekends. I mean I don't set aside some money or set more time to play than weekdays anymore. Maybe it's because I'm not compelled to enter a land-based casino now. If anything, I prefer spending hours on physical activities to shake/burn body fats accumulated during weekdays.

Well, weekend is weekend and there is always a different vibe that comes with it compared to weekdays, on weekdays, people are mostly busy with work and their businesses, a person who works remotely might have friends who don't work remotely, so, in other for him to connect with those friends, he or she has to wait till weekend when he's or her friends will be chances so they can connect.

Personally, if it's about offline gambling, I prefer to gamble on weekend because..
1. There are always more game opportunities to play during the weekend, most especially, if the focus is on sports betting.
2. I get to meet more people in the casino during the weekend, both people and I know and new faces to connect with, gambling on weekends gives more good vibes than gambling on weekdays, for the more crowded a casino is, the more the games appear to be fun to play.

I think I've already answered this question together with the first question in my reply above, but to add, I think gambling on weekends is not about tradition, it's about when people are free from work, when they take breaks from their business to enjoy themselves, weekdays are for work while weekends are for rest and having fun, this is the same reason why most people don't go clubbing during the weekdays, but only do so during weekends, because on like clubbing in weekdays, you arent in a hurry to go home to prepare for work the next day,.

Maybe it's because that's the day they have a day off; that's why they really allocate time and budget so they can play gambling as well. Then the weekend is also the usual free time for most people, while weekdays are office work days.

Well first I feel this particular taught is tied to mostly sport bettors like soccer because that's the time most matches and fixtures are available and it opens and present a wide chances of selecting the right games to bet on. I am also a victim of making or playing gamble most on weekends because I don't get that much confused on a particular team that I know can win the game. And again some persons only have the weekend for themselves and that's the only period they enjoy any pleasure of any sort so Saturday is definitely an ideal day for betting although I can't say the same for casino games players like dice, lucky7, roulette and so many more.

So only on Saturdays and Sundays we can relax and gamble to make more money or just have fun.
